  My original review of this app was poor because at the time there was a charge for each device. That has changed and multiple devices are allowed for one low price. My original complaint is now fixed and I feel this is by far the best password program on the market!

  Great app! Don't know what I do without it. I've had it for a couple of years now and it's saved me many times. You do have to be careful with the automatic billing though and getting through to them is very hard.

  As a sys admin passwords rule my life , literally dozens of them. I tried the trial and it was great so i bought it , love the back up and restore , and it saved my butt recently when my phone went down and i lost everything...no big deal , get new phone , install keeper , restore. My boss was on vacation , had i lost those passwords , my day/ week would have been bad and there woulda been lots of brass riding my coat tails.....no access to servers means no backups , system logs , hardware management and more , and i work in a hospital....that woulda been bad. Also when my phone died and i needed the new one authorized, support got to me the same day and i was up in no time....i know its a long review , but i live on an island and support for anything is far and few , so when i get it , its greatly appreciated...Thanks for the help today...   On vacation had our e-mail hacked. No problem; all my passwords an accounts & web sites to cancel/ change things at my fingertips. So worth the $$$$ priceless. Have paid the fee for more than three +++yrs. Works with all our IPads from gen 2 to air, an all iPhones. It truly is a keeper

  Very well done and good customer service. They also have two-factor authentication for those who want an additional level of security. Subtracting 1 star due to prove of the service. $10/device is too high... $5/device would make me add to more devices.

  I read all the reviews and it makes me a bit nervous- but I have had NO problems with this app... And I use it almost daily to look up passwords. It is a lifesaver for me. I have had the app for over a year and it is great. It is easy to navigate, create folders, etc. I have not had any problems!

  I really hate that. It was great that I never had to worry about having my data in the cloud, but that seems to be their model now. So, since wifi sync no longer works, it's time to find another option.

  I have this spanning 2 tablets, my droid phone, 2 laptops & my main office computer. Every change or addition is updated on every other device. It's not just about passwords, my logins can be different from bank to travel site. You can append notes per account like the answers to challenge questions, frequency of password expirations, phone PIN for accounts that require them when you call for support,Wifi name for those occasions when 10 options appear with ambiguous names, and the ability to export(backup) to several file formats. The annual price of licensing all of these devices? Answer, peanuts in comparison to lost productivity and less if you calculate the cost of the smallest hack.

  I have an iPhone, iPad and iMac. unfort unately our house was broken into and or iMac our iMac and iPad were taken and then bought a kindle pad to hold us over unt il those are replaced. seems that I have to put up with their cost b/c I have had to change devices!

  This app has proved to be a valuable tool as well as convenient to use. I wish though there was a help menu as I have run into an issue where when attempting to enter a file within a folder that already exist,it creates another folder with the same name.

When I had an issue with updating or syncing the customer service was exceptional. More companies should take a lesson from Keeper. Keep doing what you do so well.

  In order to sync between your devices you need to purchase the service for each of your device... :( Customer service is automated and unsatisfactory. This the third time I am trying to send this review but it keeps telling me my nickname is taken .... I guess all nicknames are taken for bad reviews.

  At first a convenient way to hold all my passwords!....until they decide they WANT a subscription, and locked me out of my account! the app self destructed all my saved passwords for the last year. I have to rebuild everything and now I am worried that I probably have to change everything! stolen passwords, loss of life, good times...STAY AWAY!!!!

  Extremely useful app and has gotten me out of many jams caused by not remembering usernames AND passwords that would have required sending an email to get a new password sent to my email, etc. etc. which creates DELAYS I can't afford. It is helpful to store important account numbers as well.

  The developers nag you to death to upgrade. If you have purchased it they nag you VIA EMAIL to buy it again for your other devices...nag nag nag....don't think you won't pay through the nose for this app either. $10 to synch and $10 per device you want to synch to.....run away....
