Superimpose Photo & Video App Review (iOS, $0.99)

Description

Just with a few taps, create professional grade superimposed or juxtaposed photos on your iPhone! You don't need a computers and expensive software to superimpose or cut/copy/paste one photo on top of another any more.

Here is how it works...

1. Load a background image.
2. Load a foreground image.
3. Mask out unwanted portion of the foreground image using wide range of masking tools.
4. Smoothen the edges with smoothen tool inside the app, if required.
5. Move, Scale, Resize, Rotate, Flip the foreground to place it on the right location on the background image.
6. Adjust the colors/exposure/contrast/hue/saturation etc. of the foreground and the background images if required to match both the images in terms of colors.
7. You are done! Save it to the photo library at full resolution or share it on Facebook and Twitter.

You can also use this tool to do serious photo editing tasks like blending textures or overlaying borders or to do double exposure with adjustable transparency and 18 blending modes.

Masking in the app is the most powerful one available on the app store, just tap on an area of the photo, and the app will mask out all the connected area with similar colors. Or you can use brush, lasso, global color similarity, rectangle, ellipse, linear, bi-linear or radial gradient masking tools. Mask a portion with this tool and that portion of the foreground image will become transparent and reveal the background.

NOTE: The app saves at full camera resolution up to iPhone 4S, all 8 megapixels (even higher on iPad), just you need to enable high resolution save in the settings.

  I love this app it's so perfect. It's way better then the actual photoshop appliment itself. But I have a small problem. I was working on a pic of galaxy hair and it was VERY DETAILED. Every little sticking out piece of hair got galaxy on it. Then I went to blend it and it wasn't working. So I went back to mask and it turn black. So then I wen to transform and I had to start all over again

  I been using this app for a few years now at first I don't know how to use it then after a few days of tryin it out it's awsome!!! If you like totally remixing photos be it back rounds or takin yourself to another scenery get this !!!!All I can say is first start with cartoons there easier to get the hang of.

  If you're one of those people who hate spending money on apps I get you. If you like editing and you're one of those people it's pretty tough. I've tried edge tracer, cut n place, picsart (my friends favorite), picmix, and some others but this one makes everything so much easier! Everyone has this and it's not a secret but you can do really cool things! If you're still wondering then maybe wait until your birthday and buy it for yourself as a birthday gift :) superimpose is very easy to use and I love it. That is why I'm writing :)

  This is a must-have app for all editors. I use this app at least once every edit. The people who rate this app anything but five stars don't know how to use it. I admit that it is somewhat tricky to figure out, but once you figure it out, it is one of the best apps ever.   I make edits all the time, and even make tutorials on my Instagram for them whom I have over 45 thousand followers. I came across Superimpose and it's just the most amazing app that I've ever used. Unlike other apps, you can make such a HUGE variety of edits and it's EXTREMELY easy to use! This is the only app that I'd give 5 stars to with no doubt. It is 100% worth the dollar and I recommend it to EVERYONE.

  WHY are all the foregrounds see-through?! I don't set transparency, by they're still transparent!!!!!!!!! Also, whenever I flip my foreground, MY MASKING RESETS. AND THIS MAKES ME SO MAD, ESPECIALLY WHEN I'M DOING A REALLY HARD FOREGROUND.

  Love this app! AMAZING! Easy to blend and merge photos with many options to add foregrounds on to backgrounds! But I have a problem. Sometimes when I am erasing for a long time the red circle to show that I'm erasing goes whack and then when I go to home, transform or filters it disappears or blacks out and then it goes back to when I just started erasing! FRUSTRATING! Also when I am at transform sometimes it blacks out and then I go to home, come back to transform and it all disappears! GRRR! Please fix! It's not that big of a deal and it only happens every once and a while, but it's frustrating! This happens on both my iPad 2 and my iPhone 4S! Again please FIX!!!thanks!❤️
