  Waze is amazing for navigating because it updates very quickly and changes your route in order to avoid traffic and save time. Another aspect I love is the warning if there is a red light camera or police ahead. Good stuff.

  This is a great app & has saved me from sitting in many traffic jams. It's not perfect but they're updating it regularly to make it better. I've yet to find a better app for instant traffic information.

  Waze never ceases to amaze ... I absolutely like the concept and believe that it can change your commute substantially if you download this app. Cool things: you don't NEED a log in name (you can try it and see how you like it) / police locater, hazards, traffic is GREAT for informing fellow wazers Wack things: my points don't EVER add up immediately when I earn them Suggestions: would be tight if you can have more options for hazards e.g. a naked crack head in the street 100 pts, that guy getting sucky on the lane next to mine 1000 pts... Etc

  I had given the app a great review but for some reason the last few weeks have been a nightmare with this app. It doesn't know where I am, the reports are incorrect and it keeps switching routes for no reason! I am removing this app! It also now tries to put you in traffic! Find another app! Deleting!

  The directions are 1 route only. It can not update to provide a better route if you miss your exit. Makes you get back on the freeway and go back even though there is a better route....you can see the destination already...

• No scrolling!!

  When connected to appradio 3, can not scroll through the options. Once and while it will move a bit, but not enough to do anything.

  I've been using this app for a week or so. Appears to lag on giving points etc but that is no big deal. Wish I could figure out how to report anonymously when I see police. Don't want then to know it is me reporting their locations. What if they have this app too?!

  I saw that Google Maps said that an accident it was showing was reported by a Waze user. Downloaded app right away and I love it. Good work guys. I dropped a star because I'm finding it a little difficult to figure out all the settings, but not very hard. For the most part it is very well designed. I really love the auto-detecting night/day map styles.

  This app suffers from too many options and too much crap in the UI. They need to make a simpler version, some way a user can press a button or two to register the two things anyone really cares about, cops and hazards in the roads. All the other stuff is too confusing to bother with while you are driving. The GPS part of the app is mediocre. Another feature to have is the ability to late post, meaning a way to post an incident, while being down the road. It takes too much effort to post while you are driving. I had higher hopes for this app.

  When I was late to court and tired of being lied to by google maps I gave waze a shot. Not too shabby. It told me which lane is going the fastest and I made it to court on time. Amazing!!!

  Waze is a step above everything else in its category (navigation & travel). It is the essential app for commuters and drivers who are frequently on the road. You get directions, routes, travel time, etc. But more importantly, you get a social, real time experience of what's going on around you. What's happening on the roads. WAZE users report accidents, traffic jams, speed traps, hidden police, construction, and hazards to eachother in order to help others on the road and enlighten nearby drivers. This is what makes it amazing. Its basically one big family on the road helping eachother out! You can avoid certain roads and save yourself hours of traffic time because someone posted an accident or construction hazard. You know to avoid that area or take a different route. This is invaluable. The reason I gave it four stars and not five, is because sometimes (rarely) messes up routes involving side streets or remote areas.

  This navigation so is good but it has 3 very annoying issues: 1. GPS is not calibrated, it is off by about 30 feet! (Length of a car at least, too slow...) 2. The car, is way too high on the screen...(don't need to see what's behind me anymore...) 3. The side streets are shown so thin, you can't even see them...!

  Great app, but needs.. 1. Compass! why? Because I like to know what direction I'm going even when I depend on Waze. 2. Won't say what road you're currently on! Every other navigation app will tell you what road you're currently on, not Waze. Tell me what road I'm on! Because I don't just like knowing what road I'm heading too, I want to know what road I'm on. Allow edit intersections! Waze will not let edit some closed intersections to be updated. Until these are changed, one star.

  Waze is my favorite app to use while navigating but i found two major issues with it. First, it sometimes thinks that I am on a street and tries to make me turn right or left when I am actually on a freeway. Second, it routes me to conduct maneuvers that are hard to do such as making a left on a street full of traffic without a light to help me along. Other than that I like waze very much.

  This is by far the best navigation app -- I have tried many, and none meet the standards of this one. Download it, use it, become a regular user, and help all of us to navigate better! The more users, the better it gets. So join in! You will not be sorry. Only caution: it uses significant battery life, so if you have a power source to plug it into, that would be advisable.

  This app is completely solid in terms of getting you where you are going both swiftly and efficiently. It also helps to identify road hazards, traffic, and most importantly the position of police officers. However, with the latest update, the computerized female voice was replaced with an actual lady's voice...so now my favorite navigation app sounds like it is ordering me to do stuff rather than guiding me. Yes, this is a nick-pic, but when you are in a hurry to get somewhere and the idiot in front of has just cut you off for the second time the last thing you need is to have your nav app barking orders at you. My vote: change the voice back to what it was or change the voice to that of a Black or Hawaiian woman...

• Wont Learn Route

  STILL WONT LEARN ROUTE. Where in the F did the "reports" button go?!? Travel the same 165 mile route 2 ways, every week, and it has YET to learn my route or provide it as an option. Just a different highway, and its actually a shorter route. Police reports should be an alert for both directions, or at least a both button? Put 'Navigation' & Reports' buttond on top & center of page for easy thumb access. Most common used feature *FIXED* Good app but the ability to change which side of the road your report applies to would help. Ie. I see a speed trap on hwy southbound, (or overpass) divided by a median... I'm northbound & I report it.... People SB dont get the alert "along my route". The ability to select alerts to speak up based on distance from me. ie. police ahead one mile (regardless of direction traveled on route) or adjust lead time

  If only everyone knew about this app! Works awesome. Saved me from a few tickets and gives a shorter ETA because it goes off your speed. Always at least 15 shorter than the apple maps. Check it out!
