  Very nice spreadsheet with lots of functionality. Formulas, copy and paste, everything you might expect. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that if you insert a row, the formulas don't adjust down, so if you have a lot you would have to rewrite all the formulas under the inserted line. Otherwise everything has been working great for more than 8 months of use

  Purchased this app and downloaded documents only to find out that when I upgraded my iPad, they are ALL lost!!! Not happy. All my docs were full of important information that is now totally gone. Would not recommend this app!

• Useless for editing Microsoft office documents

  I should have read the reviews. This program is useless if you would like to edit your Word documents from, say, dropbox or whatever. It can only view them. So can many, many other apps. I wouldnt've bought this if I had known it.

  SAVE YOUR MONEY. This app is just about useless, except for making a few bucks off every sucker that buys it. It gets one star because it actually will create a text document and save it as a .rtf file. It advertises transfers from cloud services, but the interface is awkward and you can't save a document back to your cloud service.

  This app cannot open word documents. That's why I purchased. It only open .txt files. So it claims that files from Dropbox or other online storage sites can be easily edited, etc... Well, it cannot. I contacted the publisher and he emailed me back to convert my cloud files to txt format before they could be open. This is not what I expected from it. Wasted my money.

  Good app! Dose a great deal for the price. Opens all my files for school and I can easily take notes during class with my bluetooth keyboard. This is a life saver for my iPad.

  Its a very nice app, and easy to use. I like it that it has to use the different colors for the fonts, and can make the columns smaller or bigger. The downside is, I haven't been able to figure out how to print the document. Otherwise its a wonderful app, and glad that I have it.

  I simply wanted to email myself attached files in word format to my phone. When I try to open them on my Iphone in documents, it has no content. Seems like a simple task, however this app will not perform. Ok, UPDATE. I changed the format of the DOC file and shared my iPhone with my laptop. Then the file downloaded no problem. I emailed it back my self from the app and it worked just fine.

• Unreliable, crashes, lost my data

  I really want to like this app. It has all of the features I am looking for. Create spreadsheets, text documents and store them in iCloud to share between my iPad and iPhone. It has a polished user interface and is not bloated with features. All for only $2.99. I bought it to record kilowatt hour meter readings to track the consumption of my electric car. For this purpose I'm using a simple 4 column spreadsheet having only 1 formula. But after 4 days of "An error has occurred" messages, app crashes to IOS and the final straw the LOSS of my spreadsheet file, I give up and will look for another more robust spreadsheet app. I've deleted and reinstalled this app, created a new spreadsheet from scratch, switched from iCloud to local storage. Nothing helps and crashes persist. A wasted $2.99. I have contacted the developer about these issues. But, no longer trust this app with my data. Update 1/3/2014: support got back to me saying that they fixed the iCloud issue in the current release. They suggested delete the app followed by reinstall, Update 1/5/2014: errors and crashes persist. Just lost my entire spreadsheet file AGAIN!

  My bad; I didn't read the fine print that you can only edit csv files, in other words you can't format spreadsheets at all. I'm sure the developer did not feel obligated to point this out more clearly. I'll be more careful next time.

  Very disappointed. Have the paid version and wish I didn't spend a dime on it. Error message, adds decimal points when I correct this over and over. Junk. Don't do it, save your money.

  The app is nice and easy to use, but the bar where you can choose fonts, colors, etc. is nowhere to be found. I didn't pay $3 to not get the features displayed. I would like to know what is going on. Maybe then I would consider a higher rating.
