  I love this app, as it is easier than calling and punching in all the numbers. Lately, Walgreens has been out of stick on some of my regular medications that in the past I've had no problems getting. I have addressed this problem with the pharmacy department just to get a huge runaround and without being notified of low stock, etc. It seems they rather outsource you to another pharmacy rather than address the problem, which I think is very strange. The meds in question aren't odd medications at all, but still no explanation as to why this problem is occurring. I'm going to take this up with their corporate office, as this is not acceptable especially every month is another medication on my list that they are all of a sudden out of stock on. Just putting in my 2 cents as I have never had this problem in the past, please make sure they have your meds before making the trip there to find out they don't have it!

  Only reason I am giving this app 3 stars is because every time I try to check my activity on my Rewards Card it is always unavailable. Also the app randomly crashes when I browse through the weekly sales. Please fix guys. This could be better.

  I have been using this app for a couple of years now. The app gives me more flexibility with my time as far as physically going into the store. Instead of calling the pharmacy to refill my prescriptions, I can do it from my phone no matter where I am, i.e., work, a store, standing in line, a sports game, etc. Plus the added benefit of their photo processing center makes this the perfect one-stop shopping place. One of the most important benefits for me is that I have automatic access to my prescription history so that I don't have to carry the bulky containers around in case I have to show a medical professional...just look it up on the app. Great job Walgreens!!!!!

  I love all the features of this app. I keep up with prescriptions, photo orders, view the sales ad and even download mobile coupons that go directly on my rewards account from anywhere! And if I need to do a return or have a transaction issue but can't find my receipt, this app shows the receipt number so that any issues can be resolved. It's the best store app I could ask for.

  I never have to worry about when my medications are ready! I scan and as soon as it's available for pick up I get my notification. If my mess are unavailable in store I receive a phone call. Not only does the app work but the customer advice is always unbelievable. Ive been an avid customer for eight years and won't go anywhere else!

  Such a breeze for refills, both myself and family. And this app is so much more than refills: pill scheduler, weekly ad access (I don't get the paper) and more. My less-than-tech-savvy sister speeds through this app with no problems at all, so it is easy to use.

  If you need to change your pharmacy look out! ...nothing but frustration. have never had an app crash like this app!!! It doesn't even recognize the second largest city in the US. The scanner itself works fine. I wouldn't use it for anything other then filling prescriptions, but last time I did I literally drove by four Walgreens before I got to the one that had my prescription! Pretty crappy!

  This app will not stay open on 5S. What is that all about. Open immediately crashes. Close and reopen same thing. Thank god for safari and for passbook. Cuz I would really be over walgreens. And same thing happened on my iphone 5. As I said Crashy Kathy.

  I really do love my Walgreens app. Scanning a refill is SO much easier than calling!!! I love it because when I'm in the store and shopping I have my rewards number with me! At the checkout I just get my phone out and blip they have my rewards card! I LOVE that I can order pictures that I took with my phone sooo easily! And they are ready in 1 hour!!! Thank you, Walgreens!

  I downloaded the app. I got the pop up asking for permission to send push notifications. I hit no. I was on a screen that says "what's new" and I can't get off it. I can't click on anything else. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same thing. Absolutely useless. I would give it zero stars if I could.

  Great ap for Pharmacy . I even opened this App at other local Pharmacies in this area 10966/19971 and they were very impressed and told me to call their Corp. Office. I love it. I like when they message you and let you know you have a script ready to fill but it would be nicer if they told you which med needs it. Other than that, it's the best. One other thing it would be nice to add is take a pic of a new script (like banks do with checks for deposit) have it ready and just give them the original script when picking up .

  Unfortunately, I have to take more than 9 mess a day, and refilling my prescriptions by simply SCANNING THE CODE ON THE BOTTLE is a Godsend!! It used to take nearly 20 minutes to do it all by phone, now it takes about 5 minutes!! Thank you Walgreens!!!!

  I use this app to refill my prescriptions and it is so friggin' easy. You can schedule your pick up times and days up to a week out. No more phone refills and listening to that boring greeting to punch in your refill numbers. Use the scanner that comes with the app. Takes about 10 seconds and your order is complete. BAM!

  This app used to be very good ; you were able to make folders and store pictures over the phone. Now you can only look through the folders you have and pay for them to be printed that day. D: I can no longer clear out my phone when I'm somewhere and taking lots of pictures. :( Please, please; set it back the way it was !!! That was the best !!

  Used to work great! However now it freezes when i open it. Deleted and downloaded it agin but still won't work. I needed to print pictures for a school project and was unable to do so. Hope the problem gets fixed soon.

  Would really b the best app out there 4 me if it would just keep track of the quantity remaining of my meds like it's supposed 2 do but 4 some reason doesn't. But 4 someone who has 2 take multiple meds everyday the reminder function is awesome!!! If they could fix that quantity part I'd have absolutely nothing bad 2 say!!!

  Now it's hard to even leave a review. I loved this app until yesterday. Now it's completely frozen. I've even deleted it and reloaded it. Why on earth would you mess with something that worked perfectly? I'm so disappointed. I hope they fix it and take it back to before.
