• Suggestion for pill identifier

  A search function for what the med is for if possible. When I triage, sometimes patients will tell me "I can't remember the name but its a blue pill for high blood pressure". Since there are so many "blue pills" having a diagnosis as a second search term would be helpful. Other than that, great app!

  I really like this app. Often the medication information, ie side effects, are more detailed than most other apps. My favorite feature is the pill identifier. You can look up by partial imprint, shape, color, and score. For people that take a lot of medications this feature can be seriously handy when things need to be changed in their medication box.

  Go online, see a dr or call a pharmacist. This app gives FALSE info! I could just imagine a parent using this TERRIBLE app to dose their children. It's CLEAR that the developers have NO Rx background! I did an image search for a pill and TYLENOL showed up! That's not even close! The FDA should shut this down before someone dies. I gave it ONE star ONLY because you can't give ZERO.

  Once Reminders are entered, you can't rearrange the order. What do you do if you forgot to enter a medication at 3:00 PM, for example? When you catch your mistake and enter it, it will appear at the end of your list; not in the proper time slot.

  I think the information is very good . It is Very informative , I feel it can help any Person , If they want to be helped . Yo Have a lot of help in these reviews to . Where can you go and find a pill look it Up by the shape color imprint, and find Out what that pill is . Maybe you're taking somebody's medication , and you know you shouldn't take anybody's Medication in the first place . This can Tell you the side effects on other meds.

  I really only wanted the app for a decent reminder to take my afternoon meds that I was always forgetting and this gets the job done. The dictionary is definitely lacking, I do home health nursing an use the Micromedix app for that but as a general reminder it works fine for me!

  I downloaded for the pill identify... So far it hasn't identified any of the four different pills I tried.... is there a trick to it?? (all caps, spaces between, don't use digits with letters). Seeing how that's the reason for download, andI've not explored the other features, I can only give it one star.

  I had a rare situation pop up in my ordinary day. I had picked up my usual meds from the pharmacy I use. By accident, I received some pills that I was positive were not mine. I looked up my usual med that it seemingly replaced and didn't see any new types of pill that it could be. So I checked the pill identifier out, tried it. It found the med called Embeda. I turned pill bottle around and found the problem was in the label. I had received someone else's meds and their name was so close to mine that the clerk had mistakenly given me their meds. Had I taken it, I would have had a severe allergic reaction. Thanks to iPharmacy, I was able to prevent that from happening. I would use this again and certainly would recommend it to my friends and family.

  The iPharmacy went into update mode on Dev 11 and its stuck in that mode. Never had a problem before. Please fix or reboot...something. I'm about to delete it. Thanks.

  I open the app up twice on my iPhone five and after the second time it never would load again it constantly crashes

  There is just nothing else available that compares to iPharmacy; there is a pill identifier, a best price locator that allows you to quickly and easily compare prescription prices at your local pharmacies, a FREE pharmacy discount card that works immediately (up to 75% off at your local pharmacies - including the big ones), plus there's a medication forum where you can rate drugs or see what others have had to say about a drug you may be considering taking. You can even store a list of medications that you're taking and get reminders that it's time to take them!!!
