  Can do everything on there that you could do online! I like the convenience and find myself browsing randomly when I am bored which can also get me into trouble. Ha ha! They have some very nice stuff although some is still a little more than I would like to spend. Overall the app works great and is easy to navigate!

  I probably shop on here too much, the fed ex guy commented on how much I shop. And it's always on joss and main. I get the best deals! The quality is always above expectations and it's fun to see new collections daily. But this app is dangerous because it makes it too easy!!!

  I love Joss and Main, the app works great with nice images and easy ordering. It is organized by style which works fine when you're not sure what you're looking for, but there is no ability to search if you want to find something specific like a mirror. You'll have to scroll through multiple specials to see if they're offering what you're interested in, which gets tedious.

  Purchased a bed for a more than reasonable price, and she's a beauty. My only criticism for the app is that it doesn't have a "recently viewed" option so if you found something you like but kept viewing the other sales, you have to have a good enough memory to remember what tap it was under. I myself do not have a good memory. What am I reviewing again?

  The app itself is well done. I did not like the merchandise , however. $180 and my bedspread looks awful, nothing like the pic, and it looks very cheap. Don't do it. They don't allow returns!

  It is horrible that everything on this app is final sale. Out of all things, furniture something that you need to get in the space and definitely see in person. The fact that you cannot return anything, every single thing is final sale, really makes this horrible. As much as they may have great quality and options, they really should make it so that we can either return or at least exchange items.

  The app is great. However, the store relies on UPS for deliveries and lately UPS has not been reliable. I purchased a print for my grand mom's God mother who was turning 101 on her birthday. The package if it really was delivered, arrived 2 days prior to her birthday and UPS claimed my purchase was left with in the front door of my home. UPS stated I need to notify the company I ordered my purchase from, and trust me I did. The store stated I will receive a replacement but it will take up to 2-3 weeks before the replacement order will be available for shipment. I am appreciative that the store will replace the order but when a person is 101, I sure time is not a luxury.

• No returns and slow servers

  An interesting enough collection of curated home stuff. Push notifications are too frequent for me, plus there are emails several times a day as well. Sometimes the store won't move because the servers aren't responding. I have so far been put off buying anything by their no returns policy and reports of unresponsive customer service.

  I'm constantly finding great items at great prices. I love the beautiful pictures and seeing all the different styles they offer to get ideas for my home. Everything I've ordered arrives fast and they're always fast answering my questions. A must have for anyone who loves getting deals on quality products!

  UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to report that my first purchasing experience with J&M has not been a good one. I paid for my item, but it never left the warehouse. The tracking number returns no information. I've contacted the team but it's been more than a week and still no resolution. I have to reduce my rating. If I ever receive my item and I'm happy with it, I'll give your 5 stars back. Original: Very well done app! My husband is worried - I love EVERYTHING on here!! Ha ha

  Purchased a wall rack for Coates and storage. Photo looked great and the explanation said it was made of wood. When received it was press board and laminate. Very disappointed.

  I have been trying to use this app for a while now - with mixed results. They usually offer appealing and reasonably priced products. Luckily, I am retired because accessing the site is tricky. In theory, I should be able to sign in with my Facebook signin but that doesn't work well either. Also, there doesn't seem to be a basic search option or a way to break the products into categories. This happened to me tonight and has happened at other times. Sometimes, I have had these functions. Nice products - if I can just figure out the navigation.

  I love this app! The way the items are categorized helps me search for my designs styles and interests. There is a lot of variety that is frequently amended with new sales. The best part, I have bought some very good quality items for amazing prices. It is an excellent site when shopping for gifts and the shipping is reasonable. The important thing to note is that items do not ship until the sale is over, it just take a little planning to assure gifts arrive when you want them to. The wait is worth the value!
