I like the inspirational messages but it would be nice to have some factual info, such the calculation of one pound weight loss is equal to so many calories... Or so many steps etc...

I love the simplicity of these messages. The colors and the aspect of it is so simple and useful. I tap on it everyday and look through 5- 10 reminders. They are common sensical and never repeat ( at least thats what it seems to me)

This must be a joke! I didn't read a single tip that was "new"! It is all common sense stuff It doesn't even deserve one star!
Most of the tips are common sense like " eat fruits instead of a regular dessert," and "avoid fast food restaurants." I mean, who doesn't know these things??

This app is good for the beginner dieter, not for someone who is more advanced. The one thing that turned me off from this app? it's redundant. It repeats itself over and over again but worded differently each time.

This app is great for young girls who have no idea how to lose weight, but this app is irritatingly useless for anyone who knows how to diet. Every tip it gives a person already knows.
This app is a waste. Tells u stuff u should already know In black writing with neon color background. Like eat more salad. And don't eat when your not hungry.
Absolute junk. Tips are painstakingly obvious such as "drink water instead of soda" and "opt for low fat milk instead of whole". My personal favorite tip.. "eat less, exercise more, be fit" Complete garbage. Anyone over the age of 10 with half a brain would know these so called "tips" already. Dont waste your time.

Some bad tips: •Don't stand next to the food you'll get tempted •Brush your teeth so your not reminded •And More... Actual Good Tips: •Fish And Spicy Foods actually reduce weight

I really want to lose weight and this app doesn't help at all. I hate feeling so chunky :(
Most of the tips are sorta obvious. One of them said that if you really need a midnight snack, hav an apple. That's common sense. U wouldn't hav doritos and expect to lose weight. Only if u know absolutely nothing about being healthy should u get this app.

Me and my friend got this app one day (for a video were making) and we kept joking how the flower makes it look like an app for anorexia.
One: I have actually lost 4-5 pounds every week with this info. Two: I've probably seen 50 tips so far, and none of them were repeats. Sure, some things are obvious, but I actually learned a lot, like how I should avoid organ meats, and that having 5 small meals is better than 3 big ones
