I have been doing meditation off and on for years and I find this wonderful little app to be just what I need. I like the variety of choices between nature, music and voice. I have actually been using this app to help me sleep since my sleep pattern has been somewhat disrupted by menopause. I much prefer this to a pill! Definitely worth 99 cents.
This has really worked for me. The guided meditations have let me let go of a lot of negative trains of thought and, as promised, simply be in the present. Super easy to use, I consider it a real gift.

I use this all the time and find it very relaxing and soothing. I've also recommended it to a number of people who all have liked it. I want them to make a Spanish version so I can recommend it to Spanish speakers.
Currently dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression, this app helps me get "centered" and feel a deep sense of relief. You know, that "everything's going to be OK" feeling. Personally, I prefer just her voice without the babbling stream, etc. It's all about accepting where you're at, anyways. Highly recommended!
Love the app. It doesn't usually fit in my schedule so I downloaded their walking meditation app too which has the same voice. The voice is soothing and calm, and always seems to pull me back to the meditation right when my mind starts to wander. I don't usually use the background music and sounds, but they are also peaceful. I also like how you can select the meditation length.
I have been using this app on a regular basis for about 4 years. It is a great tool for letting go of whatever is keeping peacefulness away and falling asleep. I only sleep 6 hours on a good night, 2-3 hours on a not-so-good night and use this app if I get a chance for a brief nap during the day (the sleep app is great to fall asleep at night) or just need to let go of feeling overwhelmed, allowing me to be much more productive. Thank you so much for this great app.
This is an simple and convenient app. The narrator has a soft and flowing voice and the music is very soothing. 10 minutes go by and I feel rested and in control. Definitely recommend for anyone starting to meditate too.
I downloaded this app to get be back into meditation as a New Years resolution goal. I enjoy the woman's voice and it is pretty soothing. I like the nature sounds as well and there online support system. I do wish there were more versions of what the lady during the meditation some of the things said are repetitive and annoying. But not bad at all.

Although others are complaining about the reminder to not do or think something, I find that really helpful. I am new to meditating and not good at turning all those things off so I find this app extremely helpful. The only thing that would make it better for me is if there were less talking in the 5-minute meditation. I do that one when pressed for time and feel as if I never get a quiet moment.
Of all my apps, this one is my favorite for bringing me peace and contentment. I can only ask that someone make more --I would buy them.

After trying multiple apps and different strategies, I'm now able to calm my busy mind.
I have been enjoying using Simply Being. I've been using it most mornings to help me get grounded and focused for the day. The more I've been doing it, the longer I want to stay in a meditative state. My one recommendation is that they offer a meditation that is longer than 20 minutes and possibly the sounds of morning (birds, etc.) as another background sound track.
I'm new to meditating and downloaded several apps. I've found this one to be the best so far -- love that you're able to choose by length
Love this app. I wanted to start meditating and this app does just that. The voice is calm and you can have back ground no or not. You can choose how long. Just what I wanted.
Great for sleep. I agree with others critique that to be perfect it would acknowledge and dispose of negative thoughts. The narrator should then move beyond negative thoughts permanently not continuously recycle them which is jarring at times.
I find her voice to be fairly annoying which is detrimental to meditation. Also, some of her phrases are negative ("it doesn't matter") & repetitive. The voice does not seem genuine.
One star for giving me a "rate this app" dialog. Eff your review.

When I'm in need of relaxation, this is one of my two go-to apps (the other is Headspace) ... Very well done, highly recommend.

I love this app. Wherever I am when I feel like I need a time out or have time for a short meditation, this app is the perfect answer. The choice of music or sounds to accompany the relaxing voice & guided meditation is perfect. I am so glad I have this app with me whenever I need it.
I only wish there was an option in which the speaker starts and ends the meditation, but doesn't speak in the middle. Right now the continual guidance is helpful, but eventually I'm not going to need it and I'll then have to move to another method.

I have never meditated prior to using this app and it has helped me declutter my mind before bed and prior to beginning the day. The voice and music are excellent. You can turn the voice volume up or down independently of the music which is great once you are familiar with them.
Use this everyday. Would like to see more choices of meditations, but all in all excellent!

I use this app almost everyday. My only recommendation is that there are more than a few meditations to pick from and that there be longer time periods available.
I really enjoy this app and use it several times a week to relax and disconnect from stress. I like the guided meditation, the volume controls, selecting voice/nature/music, with voice + music as my favorite. It is quite repetitive if you select longer meditations. I also wish there was the option for different tracks, even as in-app purchases. However for the price it's fabulous and I've recommended it many times!
This App is perfect for the beginner who is intimidated by the thought of meditating. Great idea to have manipulations easily at hand in case the sounds or voice need to be adjusted or turned off completely. The only thing better would be more variety in what she is saying, and maybe focusing on more positive thoughts.
I like the app, and choices for nature sounds. I try to meditate every day, so it would be excellent if there was more than the same script each time

I have many apps like this, and these are my faves . Her voice is hypnotic! Time choices as short as 5 min, can be voice or music alone, you can set volume controls separately for voice and music. Music continues after voice ends. I use them daily.
Okay, so this title may be a bit much, but I thoroughly enjoy this app. Recommended by the author of the book, "The Miracle Morning", I had to try this out. I have meditated much in the past, but this app really helps me realize where I fault. Just recently, I had a really deep and successful meditation utilizing this app, and I am here to say this app has brought me leaps and bounds from my former dilapidated style of mediation. Tonight was the first night I did a guided 20 minute meditation with voice only and I have never surpassed a level of oneness like I did tonight. I don't know if new guidance was added, because some of the soft suggestions seem new to me tonight as opposed to 2 months ago. If changes were done, then those changes really helped! Thanks!

I bought this for me but I play it for my 7 year old and it calms her down for bed! She asks for it now - makes it so easy to wind her down. Worth it for that alone!
Love this app but would like different tracks depending on how long I choose to meditate. I would love it even more if I could set this to repeat.

I enjoy Simply Being when I just got home from work and I want to have a short meditation before I start cooking dinner. Makes it easy to calm down and focus without thinking back on the day or ahead into the evening. If there's a quick step into 5 to 20 minutes of peace, this is it!
I've been a practicing meditation For many years, Yet this is still a terrific app to help me get centered while going to practice.

5 phrases on constant repeat does not a practice make. I got this on a friends recommendation but the repetition is too annoying to listen to more than once on the 5 minute setting.
This is a great app for 5-20 minutes. I love the statement "you do not have to be doing anything else now". It gives me permission to just listen and relax. Wish it included a couple statements about breathing. Nice that the sound level of voice and background can be controlled independently.
Like it says this could use a different walk through or talk. I can see it getting old or memorized quickly. I get hung up on the familiar words. Otherwise great app
I found this app was perfect to use when your having a stressful day. I work 70-100 hour weeks and having the option to keep it short helps me a lot. Total mood changer!
I have really enjoyed using this app to help focus my meditation time and keep myself gently on track
