Disclaimer: Period Tracker period and fertility forecasts may not be accurate and should not be used to prevent unwanted pregnancy. To forecast ovulation Period Tracker calculates 14 days before the projected start date of one's next period. Forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one's cycle length is, when one actually ovulates during the cycle, and how many periods have been logged in the app. Anxiety, stress, diet, nutrition, exercise, environment, medications, age and other factors can also affect one's cycle from month to month.

  I've tried a couple other apps w/ the same purpose, but none were as useful as this one. P Tracker is an easy & quick way to keep track of my symptoms, moods, and "monthly gifts" from Mother Nature. I love that everything is in 1 app and you don't have to buy in-app purchases in order to access all the features. I was equally pleased by the fact that I could keep track of my daily medications on this app AND add moods & symptoms. This an amazing app & I highly recommend it.

  This is a great app. I got the paid version quickly because I could see it was much better than others. You can back it up without signing onto any weird websites, you can keep track of everything on one calendar, and it adjusts quickly when your cycle is off. I had a miscarriage

  I've used previous apps in the past to try and track things, none of them really worked for me. This one I absolutely love! The only thing I wish it had was the companion version back for our boyfriends/husbands to keep track of when our period was coming... While on our side we can still track all the major details (moods,symptoms, etc). Is that possible?

  Amazing how accurate this tracker is with a day or two. Occasionally I will go 4 days longer than estimated but thats because I have 23-24 day cycle and my body goes wacky and goes to 27 days but at least I know what week im due. I look at the log charts and use symptom and mood tracker too. I Like all the features and i have it set to back up the data monthly so if my phone breaks or get a new one phone the data is still available when i download app on new phone.

  Very user friendly. Has built in symptoms/moods but also a space to add your own. Love the password protection. Wish I could rename the app - p tracker isn't very discrete ;) Such a great app though- very impressed! UPDATE: Been using for over a year. Very accurate in period predictions. The graphics are childish and seems overdue for an update. It also doesn't alert me when my period is about to start- but I think that's a user error and not the apps malfunction. Not sure.

  There are SO MANY features on deluxe :) I practically track my whole life on this app. It's easy to use and totally customizable. Keeps track of stuck you might not have even thought of. I love reporting everyday. It's like my journal ;) I've been using it for years. No complaints. I've never experienced a problem with the app either!

  Great app. Very useful whether your periods are regular or not. It does surprisingly good predicting ovulation; which should help you if you're trying to avoid pregnancy or get pregnant - although be smart ladies - don't use this as birth control, it's an app, not a condom. Like so many others said, the skins are odd/kinda bad; one of the reasons it got a 4 and not 5 star rating.

  A few months ago it stopped saving my moods or emotions or any of that stuff. All it saves is my notes and when I start or end my period. So, it does track my period, but I used to love attaching those little moodlets to days and I can't any more. I have emailed a review within the app asking to fix the problem and it's about 5 months later and I still can't save any of my moods or emotion things for each day. Was waiting for an update, but it's been ages. Used to love it, but apparently they can't fix this problem.

  Since I started using it I am more aware of my cicle, I store the data everyday, and now that I am ttc it makes easier to follow the diferences in temperature and the ovulation day is pretty much right, with less than 2 days up or down maximmum. I love it!!!

  My app is showing my f-window starting on day 2, my next cycle is predicted to start on day 20 (um, not quite!), and the cycle after that should start on day 14! With f-window overlapping each time. Yikes!

  New review: We need an update! It would be nice to have an search engine for notes. When I need to find something, last menstrual cycle, doctors appointments, I have to hit the back arrow until I find it. About the "arrows" it's to close to the top. I don't have big fingers, but every time I'm looking for something months back. I would hit the "home" button and have to start all over

  I love this app! I used to have the period tracker lite and then I downloaded the deluxe because off all the additional features. The only thing that disappointed me was that I can't see my moods on the calendar like in the previews unless I click on the day. I was looking forward to that. Still love it❤️

  I really like this app. I have been using Period Tracker Lite for a couple years, and I got this app a couple days after Christmas. It is VERY accurate. However, I feel like there should be more skins available because I don't feel like any of them really fit who I am, which is something that I want. Also, there aren't categories for the social part of the app that I would want. I can't find anywhere to put some of the questions that I have. Overall, a good and accurate app.

  Really, using it was great. But I never could log on, to backup my data. It would say I already registered, but my password didn't work and it didn't have an option to get or change my password, so I just gave up. Then it failed, just disappeared off my phone. When I re downloaded it my info was of course gone. I tried to backup but of course never really could register, and no help.

  Idk what happened. All of a sudden I can't update the symptoms that go along with my cycle. As soon as I press "+" nothing saves and this has been going on for months. Please fix!

  I have an IUD and this app make tracking my cycle changes and symptoms much simpler! One suggestion I could make is possibly a symptom alert function. When studying the graphs, I can tell when I am going to experience certain symptoms, but I think it would be helpful if you could choose to be warned ahead of time when things are going to happen (similar to the "predicted period" indicator). Overall, love the app!
