  I'm an active player and my hubby is too.. we have our empire and all our members the only issue we have been having is once we try going in our war it takes forever then when we are in the other Empire has like 4ps ahead of us. And I feel we should have a way to get more war tokens while in war or at least the time wait should be a minute for the tokens or something less then 5 mins...

  This is probably the worst customer service I've ever run across. They refuse to answer emails over the course of a week. Terrible terrible terrible. The game itself is great, just hope you never have to deal with any support staff!

  This app has been given two stars for the following reasons: 1) Too many factors to win a fight. Properties factor in fights, points to defense/attack (supposedly) factor in fights, gear factors in fights, lieutenants factor in fights, and the ratings, rarity, and level of those lieutenants also play a factor. Ally count factors, unless you get the Sin Lieutenant, then you can bring all your allies to a fight. 2) There's too many factors to win or lose.. And 99.9% of the time you'll lose. Because they can choose to duel you or war you. Are you properly allied for your level. Geared, etc? Doesn't matter, the guy can duel you and farm you instead. Are you great at dueling? Doesn't matter you can get warred and farmed instead. 3) Property and gear and healing times are too high. Sure you can buy other properties to lower these costs, but you can't buy more then one property at a time which was some programmer's "brilliant" idea. You can't buy more then 10 items at a time, so trying to arm 501 allies is out of the question. 4) Underworld like any other "wonderful" company wants your money, refuses to listen to ideas because they are too stuck on their high horse or swimming in their golden pools of cash to care. They got their money so who cares about you? 5) Just steer clear of the app, don't let the 5 star rating fool you like it did me. I hate this app. I shelled out money for it and run an empire. That's why I kinda stick around, but at the rate this game is being on my nerves, I may just assign someone else to be the empire leader and I'm deleting this app for good. 6) PS: Yes you can be attacked by someone 300 - 400 levels higher then you, and most of the gaming community are rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Read some of the other low rating reviews, don't let the voice of the majority fool you.

  Getting better. Still need to increase the number of items you can buy at a single time (just 10? Really?). Could you also show how many hit points a boss has left instead of just the bar?

  I think the game is pretty fun and it passes time aslong as u can Lvl up and refill ur energy and stamina. Also I think a deposit all button would be great. Also a lower price on the character crates would be a good thing and we'll as being able to earn the skull coins for the crates. Maybe adding a crate for the final daily bonus would be awesome.

  It is a great game. I have been playing a year now. I just wish the daily login bonuses would get better as you rank up. I'm nearly level 300. Why do I need leather gloves? Give me a energy booster or stamina more often. Make lieutenants more available. But none the less the game play is fun. Just a suggestion

  Confused at first, just started doin things and finally started getting the hang of it... Still haven't got into the empire part of it but I just stack paper, buy weapons and kill n rob people for their money... Love when people don't put their money in the bank, and I end up takin it through duels and war... I'm hooked now

  I love this app, been playing for almost a year. One thing I wish and hear from many other users is that your total attack and defense stats from not only respect bonuses, but any other bonuses as well, would be put next to base stats on profile page. This way you can know how much attack and defense you really have without guessing and estimating.

  Great game for the platform, however, lately the developer has become disconnected from the userbase, no interaction and the updates have been weak to say the best. There is no online information to be found about the game that explains the game and the community manager that used to help out with the games community was fired/moved/demoted long ago and never replaced. Good game to play, but it seems as though Phoenix Age is just collecting money now and not supporting the game.

  Thing to fix..... Ask what class u want to be in before a war... Just like boss battle... Bc if there is a war going on in your group... Once you click the war....thats it.... Ever if u don't spend 10 stamina to join... Whatever class ur in when u click.. Set as stone... I hate that... And the fighting search.... I hate.... Am lvl 60 and u want me to fight lvl67 and 70 etc.... That weak bc they are way higher plus have gear I don't... So I lose a lot... Find a way to fix plzzz

  Many games start fun and then get old and boring as you wait longer and longer for anything to happen because you've leveled up. This game, however, still finds ways to reward players even after they've leveled up and even though it takes longer to gain XP. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add a "Deposit All" button in the bank, since that's often what I'm trying to do anyway, and to save having to try to hit the numbers on the number pad just right. All in all, I'm having a fun time playing. ---------- UPDATE: If you have a bad cell signal, don't collect your money from your properties. The moment you do someone will attack you and take it all before your slow data speeds can load what is even happening. And no, you can't type the numbers fast enough to deposit it. Still think a deposit all button would be great.

  I love how they keep adding more details to this game, and how you become part of something bigger.. Sometimes you really know a battle was only won because you joined and helped. My empire supports each other and there is lots going on in terms of alliances, wars, truces etc... Great job keep the updates coming
