• Annoying Update

  I have been playing for almost 3 years. The latest update fixed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The private messages are still showing up over 100 times and then they disappear randomly. The game crashes all the time. I've spent so much money on this game, you'd think you could fix these small little problems. 3 stars for laziness.

  Good way to pass time and, unlike other games of its genre, keeps you coming back for more...only reason I'm not 5 stars is the slight pay to win aspect but its not overbearing luckily.

  Like the app. Little bug with original iPad and iOS 5.1.1. Some of the buttons require a longer hold to activate.

  Can't even begin to describe. Excellent game play, beautiful art, great gameplay against epic dragons, hydras, monsters and more. You just have to play for yourself! Wouldn't mind seeing achievements in the future. Better than Storm8 and Aadmired games.

  Love the battling in Guilds, the art, and the refreshed look. Had epic battles with folks higher level that I could beat by having more allies. Making friends in the guild and working together is a fun experience... Love the new look.

  I have played this game everyday for almost 2yrs and now it will not let me play at all... Constantly crashes and when I attempt to redownload the game it will not download correctly... Fix the bugs soon or you will lose a loyal player!!

• Atrocious device binding procedure!

  I am sick and tired of trying to connect my Iphone to my IPad via email. The email option is broken and will NOT send you an email with the conformation code. I tried with all of my known emails and now when I try to reinsert a past email it says that it's already used. The only way that creators can fix this disaster is to implement the cloud option like all of the current game companies knowing that consumers want to play on more then one IOS device. Please fix!

  Latest update made the game unplayable on my phone - literally. I'm running latest software and phone isn't that old. I was an every day player, and now the app is unresponsive even after reinstalling several times. Only app I spent serious $$$ on - big thank you to the developers on screwing this latest version up and breaking my habit...

  Played the game since it came out.. Liked it. And I still liked it until I opened it one night and I was reset to 1, no icon, and none of the buttons work. Just black besides the buttons. Second day now.. I hope they get out a new update soon, because I want my level 365 character back. :( Game: excellent Game now: broken, doesn't work. Thus my 2 stars. Game itself is good, but is unplayable now.

  I given good reviews of this app in the past, but now when I opened all I get is the top and bottom menu bars and an empty black screen. What's the deal with this it's ridiculous this is literally my fav game on my phone an now I can't play it

• 2014 update

  Was at 4 stars as it was somewhat laggy and had issues during fest battles. But since the latest update I can barely navigate, some buttons have stopped working and I have had to go to web3 to even play my iOS character. Most of the times the devs are quick about fixing issues but it's been 2 weeks and they pretty much said screw the older iOS so if you aren't on the cutting edge give it a pass it won't work and they don't care.

  Can't change gear, can't battle monsters, can't quest or conquest. Freezes up constantly. Wifi or 4g makes no difference. Update was a mistake. Please UNfix the update. Totally dissatisfied.

  Lots of bugs, just take a look at some of the reviews to see what. The monster dead bug is bad. I have faith that the devs will fix it though, but until then I feel 2 stars is fair.

  I just summoned a Kromash to fight from within the app, and some glitch keeps me from being able to fight it. It also kicks me out of the app at least once a day. Please fix this. I really like this game otherwise. Playing on a iPod touch 4th Gen. Update: It let me start my monster battle, but I have no idea how it got into the fight. Still not sure it was anything that I did.

  What's wrong with this game? It won't let me collect my reward for two monsters in a row after I spent thousands of stamina and energy for 4 days to get the epic loot!! I want my loot Castle Age!!! Give me my loot and I'll give a higher rating!

  At first the game was fun. Not any more. Each update is very glitchy, hoarded to play and all the drops, rewards and points are diluted. What used to take a month to accomplish now take 6 months. All for money. So I guess the devs are doing their job. But not for the players. No help or support.

  Ive been playing for years and everything has gotten better over time except for how difficult consumable usage is but with this last update... I cant summon, join, or collect my winnings in monster battles and considering i put all my time into being great at only that one task I'm extremely bummed and generally disappointed

  Been playing for about six months. This is not a game you will be spending hours on at a time, but pick up, perform some actions and check back in a few hours. It's like a lot of these energy based games. Latest UI update is horrible. (Hence three stars.) Times out all the time, I get taken to pages I didn't click on, etc. I'm indifferent on the style update, it's just a huge step backward in stability. It's not so bad I will stop playing, but had this been the interface when I started I wouldn't have stayed with this game.

  Over all castle age is a great game. Easy to navigate through, fun monster battles, good pvp system. However the last update made all monster battles bug out and it messed up the battle chat horribly.

  After update, it is quite laggy. Timer for stamina not accurate, didnt really follow the duration stated. Previously, just refresh the page will update the timer.. Now it doesn't. Dolomar doesn't reflect the additional 5% critical chance, pretty much the same as other general without critical chance. Thanks!

  I really enjoy this game and have played for years. The latest version makes it very easy to accidentally purchase refills- this has happened twice to me since updating to the ios7 version 2 weeks ago. A confirmation screen would be nice. Also, customer service is hard to contact and even harder to get problems solved, I've been trying to retrieve a lost account for over a month now- their response time is terrible ! However, the game itself is completely worthwhile!

  Ok so this new update is pretty cool to look at but it is has way too many bugs in it! I can't join a monster that's showing that it's still active and alive because every time I pick a class it says "monster is dead!" That's crappy

  why?! castleage was my fav abov mobage & zinga games. your new update is a turn-off. cant see whos ataking on guildbatles, cant determine if game is "working" cuz it gets stuck on page for a while after cliking on menu or guild conquest enemy, confusing "feel" to the game. can it be individualy REVERSED? i would come bac to gameplay if i could "un-update".
