It’s here! The official Dunkin’ Donuts® Mobile App. Not only is it built to make all your Dunkin’ runs easier, it’ll also get you connected so you can share the Dunkin’ love like never before.

PAY RIGHT FROM THE APP WITH A VIRTUAL DD™ CARD.
Use the app to pay for all your purchases. You can either add a plastic card or purchase a virtual card via the app. Simply tap the DD Card you wish to use and present the barcode to the DD crew member to be scanned, and you’re good to go. You can also manage and reload your DD Card right from the app.

DD PERKS.
Receive a reward for a free medium beverage for just signing up to the DD Perks Loyalty program. Earn points by paying with your enrolled DD cards and redeem your rewards and offers right from the app.

  Love the new integration with the DDperks reward program. Now two things left, transfer balances among registered cards and auto update balance and you'll be up to where Starbucks was years ago.

  So happy to be earning rewards now for every dollar spent. Great addition to the App. For those with crashes and problems... Make sure you can log into dunkindonuts.com account and access your registered card/s and manage your account there. Then delete the App on your phone>Close any open Apps>Restart phone>Reinstall App>Log back in and everything should come up again and behave normally. Hope that works.

  Works like a charm. Earns points for dollars I spent, not one star no matter how much I buy like Starbucks. Beats carrying a card any day and getting coupons (which I never used before) is a breeze.

• Good app needs passport update

  Works fine for me. However, my balance doesn't update in passport. It still says I have $25 balance even though I've used it twice. If I open the app it says $19.44 balance which is correct

  I honestly like the app. I haven't connected a card with the app, but I use the coupons and deals it gives. They give great offers and they continuously update it for more. Like instead of a bagel with cream cheese being 2.38 plus tax, if you show the app coupon you can get it for .99 cents and no tax. I find this app useful since I never get coupons in the mail.

  Love taking my daily Dunkin' trips, but feel ashamed using this app. It needs to be more stable with a new flat design for iOS 7. Also, passbook integration is okay, but needs to be snappier with automatic updates in passbook.

  The app works well in letting me keep the gift cards at the ready, without carrying them around. DD really needs to allow people to combine GCs in to a single card/account. And automatic passbook integration would be nice. The DD stores need to get in to the electronic age, but that has less to do with the app itself

  Once upon a time my passbook updated itself when I used it now it will not update unless I delete it from passbook go back and add it again please fix this asap

You really don't get any benefit for using it unlike Starbucks that does give me points and app user only benefits and sales. Not sure what the point is to use the app since many locations still have trouble scanning and no added benefits. They really need to do something with it, or let it go!

  Previously I would have rated this app a 5 star app but I have not had it work correctly since Jan. 15. Since update on Feb 8 it won't open at all! I do not know who to contact for help! App says if I delete & restore I lose all info & I have $6 left on app.

  I actually really liked this app, but I moved and it does not allow me to change my billing address associated with my credit card. Neither does the website, oddly enough which renders the app useless.

  The app just keeps "processing". It lost my dunkin card and I can't reload it. I want to pay you - give you money so I can spend it on your company but your app doesn't work!!! Instead I went to the other place with the green logo because their app works!!!!!

  I agree with another reviewer before me. I loved this app until it suddenly wouldn't work. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it would just get stuck on the "Terms and Conditions". It wouldn't load or let me press decline/accept. From there on everytime I open the app it just shows me the unending loading wheel.

  I really wanted to like this app, just because of the DD affiliation. I figured I'd try it despite the negative ratings. I can't see what any of them are talking about though... But that's because I can't even get to the features! Once I get to past the tour, and the app tries to load it's privacy policy, it crashes every time. I've reinstalled the app, reset my phone, the whole 9 yards. The only thing I haven't don't is restored my phone to factory defaults, and I'd punch someone in the face if they suggested that. Great concept here Dunkin' but please work out the bugs! This is obnoxious in its current state.

  I had the app before (about sept-nov) and it worked great! I got great deals with the coupons, but I deleted it bc I needed more storage space for my phone. Now I'm trying to re-download it, but it will not move past the terms and conditions screen. :( ugh I guess it doesn't want to work for me this time

  I recently upgraded to iPhone5s, and re-downloaded the app in anticipation of using my DD app to pay for yet more of their delicious coffee. It's nearly a daily habit of mine. So imagine my dismay when the app fails to load, but instead gets stuck on the accept/decline terms and conditions page. I have an account and money on a card, yet I am unable to access it. If anyone from DD is reading this, please take into account that this seems like theft from a customer point of view. Please update/patch/whatever to fix this problem as I suspect I'm not the only one experiencing it.

  At least half the times I try to use this app to pay either the scanner doesn't work or the imbecile at the cash register doesn't know how to use it. Then you have to stand there while he or she enters 16 digits. When I use my Starbucks app at their stores it works 100% of the time. Don't waste your time. I'm done with their garbage app, idiot workers and stale donuts.

  I have used up my storage in the past with useless apps . So I started checking the reviews first., this time I got all excited , then checked the reviews. ..... Very disappointed , but glad I didn't load right away.... I'm deleting this app. No more crappy apps sitting on my iPhone or pad. I have star bucks and it's great! But I wanted this one bc my sister drinks dd coffee.. I could buy her coffee easily... But not today!

  Card balaces do not update for me in the app or in Passbook. Have to manually update or turn the auto update switch off and then back on again to get balance to udpate. Otherwise works fine.

  There is no reason for this to be on my phone. They should really use something better like appay, which can do everything this app can plus it has ordering capabilities and iBeacon support...there is even an app for franchises/businesses to create their menu and view incoming orders
