  This is one of the better apps on my iPod. there are some pretty good movies and they give you benefits for watching and interacting with different parts of the app. Only thing I could ask for is more movies.

  This version works a lot better than previous versions, doesn't freeze when selecting a show or movie to watch while the ad is playing, as previous versions did. Wish it would work with Chromecast.

• Can't search by title and no way to contact support.

  Good amount of titles are available. And I rarely have issues with the media streaming, on ipad, iPhone or laptop. And it's helpful that you can get an update whenever anything new is added. My two big beefs, and these nearly outweigh the benefits, are that at least on the app you cannot search by title. You just have to browse. And secondly, there is no way that I can tell to contact support. When you ask a question it goes into the void of the "community". If they would fix these 2 big problems if be a huge fan and advocate. But these are big issues.

• More variety, less ads

  The app is good but it really needs more updated movies and tv shows. And the ad's are waaaay too constant. They happen like every 5 minutes. And it's always the same Best Buy and Jack In The Box commercials. I could understand 3 or 4 ads each movie but they are every 5 minutes.

  Loving it very much, especially when you can't afford cable or other movie offers. I have fun to running through the movies and trying it all out, and my iPad is also a great way to watch your movies to. Thank you thank you.

  This would be a great app if there were not as many commercial breaks during the movies. The shows have just enough. Also the selection is not good. It will not take long to watch everything you like.

  At first I could tolerate it but it is annoying and worse than watching TV. No search ability. I have enjoyed some older Tv shows but as soon as I finish them I am deleting it. Movies? You have to be kidding. I only found 3 that I would want to watch. If the commercials during the movies come as often as the other reviewers have reported, I won't be watching them on CRACKLE.

  Way to many advertisements!! Every five mins commercial break! Come on!!!!! Just as I'm getting into the movie I have to watch the same advertisements over and over again! Also add a search button so we can look for a certain movie!! And more movie choices please! But besides all that it's great.

• No way 2 change language setting!!!

  Crackle is useless outside the US. I'm currently living in Costa Rica & there is no option 2 change the language back 2 English. I downloaded Crackle in Fort Lauderdale, but when I landed in Alajuela & opened the app, it converted to Spanish. I'm deleting this app ASAP.

  I was impressed by the instant-loading movies, but the graphics and the selection of movies has a long way to go. I also wish the selection contained more PG-13 movies rather than the majority be rated R, I'm discerning when it comes to entertainment.

• It Would Be A Great App Except...

  for crashing during commercial breaks. I can understand occasional crashes, but every commercial break??? I would give it 5 stars but the frustration takes too much away from the enjoyment of this app. Whats the point of the app if you lose viewers. Please fix it.

  Hey it's not that you are discovering hot water here!! It's been done and it's already invented. Your Commercial messages don't load properly, since is where you guys make money with It should be working properly, instead they won't load therefore the video won't load and the whole watching experience gets ruined!! Fix it!!

• 2nd Try, Still Needs Better Stability, Fewer Commercials

  So I came back just for the Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee content - which is great BUT the app still suffers from the original problems which forced me to uninstall. Even with unthrottled WiFi playback is sluggish with the screen going black every 5-10 minutes. When it does work it averages 1 minute of commercials for every 7 minutes of content -- making this novel idea the worst way to consume your movies / TV shows. Also it needs better ad serving logic. If the app blacks out, when it comes back you're forced to watch the same commercial/ad for 30 seconds before you are returned to the movie etc. this on top of incessant commercial breaks that run the same ads ad nauseum. Heck even network TV works better than the app.

  Crackle is a cool app, I like it. But advertisements are way to often, and there's to many of them. I'm only 24 mins into the movie, and I've seen 9 commercials. Or why not have the same app, but for like 2-3 bucks with no ads.

  Seriously, no app support! The app no longer recognizes my account. Tried deleting, re-downloading, powering down and back up, and reregistering, then tried the non-existent app support with an automated response of, can't respond to individual emails. Guess if you don't want to customize you experience with the app you can still watch movies and shows. Very disappointed in the app support. Was great when it was fully functional.

  Awful selection. It's all old tv shows, old movies, or B movies. Plus it seems not all of them have captioning so us Deafies have even less selection. This is junk.

  My app is stuck on Portuguese but my Portuguese is very minimal. I need my app to be in English but I don't seem to have that option. I really need that. Plus, my movies and stuff are dubbed in Portuguese. I don't know what they're saying!

  I really like Crackle but it would be better if you could search for specific movies or shows. Also during certain advertisements where you're supposed to be able to skip it if it actually allowed you to skip it instead of starting over from the beginning without skipping would be great.

  Crackle is good but it does need some improvements. The most frustrating thing about this app is the problem with signing in. For some reason Crackle has some major issues with logging in. Quite often you are completely unable to log-in, neither through your Crackle account or your Facebook account.

  The amount of times that commercials show is ridiculous. Also the fact that the commercials freeze every time so I have to touch the screen, get sent to the ad website, close the website, then go back to crackle to continue watching the commercials. Stupid.
