• Echo while recording using airplay

  I used this app often until I started to get a bad echo when recording using airplay. Educreations says it's an Apple problem and offer no support except a "maybe they will fix it with the next ios upgrade". I want to use Educreations again, but find it impossible with the echo issue. Please fix.

  I'm a student, and my social studies teacher wants us to make a presentation on chapter 11. She later found out we can't save our work! We have more homework, we now have to make power points all the time, if it we were able to save and edit our work this app would be the best!

  I've been creating mini-lectures for students who need the extra instruction, and since I've started posting them online, my students won't stop asking for more! It really helps absent students as well as those who can't focus well in class. It's also great for parents so that they can help their child with homework. This is easily my favorite educational app - thank you!!

  I started using educreations last year with my 8th grade Algebra 1 class. I had students at varied levels so I decided to start recording my lessons. I got a cable to connect my iPad to the projector to record my lessons everyday and putting them up for my students to review from home as needed. They later later realized that when they were absent they could watch videos from home before they came back to school. I realized Educreations was a great tool, so I started recording my lessons the day before class. Ever since, my students have been able to come prepared for class, having a basic understanding of the lesson concepts being taught and we have required a lot less time to master concepts that took a long time in the past.

  I love this app. It's easy to use. It's user friendly. It's high quality. I have moved to online teaching and this is a life saver. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is you can't edit your video. It's either redo from the beginning or you are stuck with an error. It would be nice to be able to do more finessing. But overall, a great product!

  This app is very user friendly and makes flipping easy! Teachers looking to try a flipped classroom should definitely use this app. I've used several whiteboard screen casting apps, but this is by far the best.

  Really love the new eraser and page scroll tools. I am a college professor and I use this extensively for delivery of supporting materials...sort of like having office hours for the entire class. Probably one of the best e-learning tools out there.

  Love this app. Has many many uses in my special ed classroom. Easy, quick way to modify a lesson, provide visuals, or help a student work through an assignment or idea, visually. The add picture feature is great it allows for pictures to be easily resized, rotated and locked to avoid unwanted movement. I also love that a picture can be added straight from the web! Awesome app!

• Great app for flipping the classroom

  I use Educreations in my flipped Algebra 2 class and it works really well! I like the way is syncs with Dropbox which allows me to insert graphics in the presentations. The video quality is very good and it's simple to link the videos to my class website...a great tool!

  Educreations is the best app that I use in my 5th grade classroom. I can create or use lessons that have already been created by other educators. Students love showing what they know and sharing reports with classmates or at home with their families. My fifth graders love learning with Educreations.

  I use this app every single day! I use it to make all of my Calculus and Precalculus videos. I flipped my classroom and no longer teach during class. My students watch my videos that I make using this app at home and come to school to work on their assignments. I highly recommend this to every teacher. I chose this app to make videos because it was easy to use and it saved much quicker than other similar apps. I only wish I could go back and edit my videos instead of starting over.

  An absolutely fantastic app, I love it and so do my kindergarten students. Those folks that have a problem with the app, need to make sure they know how to use all the features correctly and understand their iPad,instead of rating the app as useless and awful.

  I love this app, it's amazing. It is very resourceful and very helpful. I'm in 7th grade and I bring my I pad to school and I record my teacher's voice while I do the same math she's doing on the board. You can color code things and I'm very organized so it really helps to see how to do the problem on the screen and to identify things on there easily. • Deleted All My Work

  Does not allow you to use other apps while you are working. It deleted all my work and now I have to start over. The built-in engine that searches images for you is terrible. Does not give any useful images. Have to create separate boxes to have different size text. This app will cause frustration and will consume your time. If you get your project deleted, then it will consume more of your time.

  Please update! It keeps deleting all of my work even though I never hit the done button. I would also like to see the ability to rerecord the last thing you said. Sometimes if I mess up I would like to go back a few seconds and redo it the right way. Please give us a way to save and then continue our work at a later time or edit lessons.

  Cannot edit once you've saved, and I have LOST entire slide shows without being able to get them back. Disappointing to put in all that effort with NO results. Give me some control, and I would love to use this app - but not now. Waste of my time.

  It REALLY needs to have a SAVE feature!!!! I use it all the time, and the few times it has crashed & I've lost all my work I was really frustrated. Also it should allow us to edit recording per slide. I don't know how many times I've messed up in the middle of a lesson & can't redo it without going back to the beginning. Add those 2 features and I would give it 5 stars.

  This app seems to have the inability to save anything for more than 30 seconds. Why would it do this? I don't know. I consistently spend hours on projects only to have my progress lost when I so much as swipe to another app for seconds. Why they do not have a prominently placed save button or auto-save feature I just don't know.
