  My 6 year old loves it and enjoys learning with it, but Bp jr's sound stopped working on my iPad 2 and reinstall does not fix it.

  Every time I try to log in, I get an error message: "Login Error. General error." This only happens on the iPad mini. The app works great on the regular iPad.

  I Homeschool, and I use this as part of my curriculum. My kids better understand the concepts through these very easy to understand videos. They are great! I love the notes, and quizzes. Excellent resource!

• Won't give a log in name

  I'm a bit irate b/c I paid $6 to subscribe monthly but can't view all videos and nothing will give or let me establish a login name to access the videos. When i tried repeatedly to figure things out, i started getting error messages that couldn't "validate my purchase" So I tried to delete & purchase again. Installed again... All it would say is "youve already purchased" (duh!) and Still, no clue as to what my login name & password are supposed to be, or even how to obtain or create these as a subscriber. Could be a fantastic app -one of the best for kids - but even after sending customer service tons of info they asked for to resolve the issue, all I got was "sorry Its a problem we are working on that". And I can't get a refund?! All I can do is go to iTunes to stop future monthly charges? NOT COOL... Not cool at all...

  A subscription to BrainPOP Junior is well worth the money. If you have children or students, kindergarten through grade 3, they will find the instructional videos very engaging. There also quizzes, lesson plans, and learning activities to help further understanding of concepts. Videos are easy to understand, visual, and fun! Brain Pop Junior is a great supplement or complement to other curriculum as well. Highly recommended.

  I use BrainPOP faithfully and my classroom everyday. I was excited to download this app for my daughter but, the sound does not work. I went as far as to check my settings to double check the sound was turned up. Please fix!!!!

  My son is deaf so these videos really help him visualize the meaning of a subject, or even help describe a person or place. Plus he really enjoys watching them because they are interesting. thank you so much Brain Pop! Only suggestion is that there should be a video on American Sign Language.
