  I'm not the most knowledgeable person on taxes. I get easily confused with them. But with snap tax it made it super easy very accessible, it was perfect for people who need a little extra help with it!! I loved it!

  I'm confused what is my income that I'm getting back where is says "federal refund" or is it (my state) refund" it's confuses me because where it says federal refund I have numbers but on the state refund I have $0 which one am I suppose to look at?

  I used this app last year and it was super easy. This year I downloaded the new one and had it all done, but wanted to add something so I decided to have them transfered online. Another factor that pushed me to do so was a msg box popped up when I tried to sign on to the app after entering in my info telling me I need to call turbotax and get some security info verified, which I didn't want to do. So I call and wait on hold for 20+mins and finally hang up and go on turbotax.com. Once I completed all the forms they wanted to charge me $90+ (yes I chose deluxe for added forms which none I benefited from). This took a few hours to do. So after deleting the app, today I reinstalled it and filled out the same forms and got the same amount of returns with only a $14.99 fee (vs $90 )to file. All done in a fraction of the time with the app. That security msg wasted a lot of time. In order to downgrade from deluxe I would have had to make a new user ID. No thanks.

  I love turbotax. I've always used hr block until this year. Turbotax takes you through each step simply and concisely. They show you each deduction and where the money comes from.

  This app is real! I always have my mom do my taxes and she always said its so easy, you just put your information in the box number it tells you too. This app is even easier. I'm 26 and I filed mine and my boyfriends taxes this year using this app. If your unsure about what u may get back, then go to h&r block or where ever you go and just see what they say you should get back and just take that number and try turbo tax app. You will get more back using this app because it doesn't take hundreds of dollars out to file your taxes. U can try it out first before u actually make an account.

I am sure they come from incompetent individuals. Here are some quick tips to help you succeed-> - Have all your info/ paperwork/ routing and account #/ AGI or e-file pin. in front of you. - Do review each field before going forward. Some of the fields were not picked up by the app. I had 5 forms to enter. The app. made this much faster than entering each by hand. A quick review is common sense anyway. - Compleat each section before letting your device sleep/ exiting app. It will log you out every time and require you to enter your password. It does save your info! I hope this helps

  This app makes filing incredibly easy for anyone. Even if you don't understand your w-2, it gives simple instructions. On top of that, I got an extra $350.00 last year compared to an estimate I got from another tax company. Btw, this does cost $14.99 to file the state portion. That is about $100.00 cheaper then everywhere else I looked last year. Great app!
