  This would be more beneficial to read on an iPad... not sure why it hasn't been updated to include support for both.

  It is only open to the institutional subscribers although the app description on the app store does not say that explicitly.

  The description makes it seem that you will have easy access to biz book summaries but that is not the case. As far as I can tell you first need access to a library to get an auth key to acess anything other than what's available as a guest. I do not recommend this app unless you feel like being frustrated about not being able to get what it promises.
