• Broken... Fixed!

  After entering my username and pressing the login button, I get a pop-up instructing me to enter my username. Simply useless if I can't login. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. Update: The new version allows me to log in.

  I am happy with the way everything is setup. I have only one complaint. There needs to be a way to view my actual stub on the app, rather than having to use a computer. Sometimes my employer puts "important notes" that I can't see on the app.

  Ok its a good app ,,,,,,,,but it doesnt show the payment stub it just let you see how much you got paid,in your w2 you can print it and it does not showw your vacation either it just showing me my personal time and its out of date beside that its a good app

  I have only had this app for 2-3 weeks and my next payday is in two days and it still has not updated to tell me what my pay will be. It would be nice if it showed a few days before payday what your paycheck is going to be. Other than that, I think it's a cool app even tho I don't have access to the other tabs. For the people complaining about not seeing all of the tabs, READ the FAQ and this app page before freaking out over it! Also, I think the employer has to manually enter directory info? Mine has the names of all of the 15 people that I work with, but no contact info under any of them.

  For approving my own time and checking pay history, it's great. But it desperately needs an option for managers to approve employee time cards! The horribly outdated flash and java based adp program we have to use at work is the biggest PITA. This feature can't come soon enough.

  This app is only good for checking my pay- it doesn't allow me to check my time off or anything else. Ever. It always says I've been signed in incorrectly even if I've reset my password and put in everything properly. It's 75% useless. It should really be fixed.

  I used to have this app on my phone and just recently got it on my iPod and now whenever I try to log onto my account it tells me to check my credentials. I have changed my password 3 times on the website and it still will not log me in.

  Used to be able to see my pay stubs and my paid time off. Now my pay stubs are no longer on the app. Not sure what happened but what good is this app if I can't see my paystub? Fix this problem and I will update my review because it was a great app when it worked. Now utterly useless.

  Nothing works like it's supposed to. ADP tells me it's my company's fault, my company tells me it's ADP's fault, and when you go to the feedback section of the app, there's no way to submit anything. ADP is a crappy business with crappy service.

  This is the single worst app I have have ever downloaded. On both the iPhone and the iPad I get the same error after logging in. "Servers are temporarily unavailable." Weeks later it's not so temporary. Useless.

  Every time I use this, it tells me I need to sign on to a desktop computer to change my password. What's the point of having a mobile app then? Why do passwords expire so much faster than every other account I have? I'm not happy.

  I downloaded the iPhone version. It does everything I need it to do, and is so much more convenient than going to my PC all the time. Great Job, Excellent App.

  If your employer uses ADP for payroll this is a must have . If they don't tell them they should! I can now quickly access my paycheck history on the go and keep a close tab on my company offered retirement benefits any time . My friends couldn't believe it when I showed them. Ask your employer if they use ADP. If they do ask them how to get this app on your smartphone.

  ...download a PDF of a pay stub, so you still need a traditional "computer". Still no universal coding for proper iPad viewing so you get a pixelated icon that makes your device look like a kids toy from the 90's. Come on ADP, hire a real developer. It will be 2014 soon! [Gasp] :-o

  Every time I log into the app and try to check my retirement balance it fails to update to the current date. It is always a week or few days behind and it crashes frequently. Plus the time card portion doesn't even work for our company. Complete failure!

  I got this app so that I didn't have to stand in a line for 7 minutes to clock in and out but the clocking feature isn't available. Not sure if it's my company or the app itself but either way this was a waste of battery power to download.

  I have installed and deleted and reinstalled several times trying to get it to work. After about 4 tries I still cannot login. An error message saying " you must be connected to the Internet to log on...." Well I can go online on my phone and log in but the app still won't work. What a joke this app is!!!!

  This app isn't really helpful other than seeing your paycheck like a day before you get it for me. I'd like to actually see my punch in and punch out hrs for each day. My hrs displayed for the pay period make no sense what so ever.

  Hugely helpful, especially during tax season! App is very fast and automatically notifies me when my pay stub becomes available. I haven't logged into the online version in over a year.
