  We ended up purchasing all of the apps that this company makes, but Firefighters is my daughter's favorite, with the circus one being a close runner-up. It doesn't surprise me since this one has the best animations and sounds. Plus, kids love fire trucks and police sirens. When she needs a 10 minute distraction, this app delivers. After two months its effect is wearing off on her a little but for a while she was completely in love with it. I know the app says it is for ages 3+, but I think as long as your kid can figure out that touching things will make them act, they'll enjoy it.

  I have purchased all of these apps for my grand daughter and was very disgusted to see that the Christmas 2013 update includes a sniper on the roof, firing on the towns people below. Complete with little puffs of smoke coming from his gun. How do I explain this to a four year old? The police access the roof through the skylight and take the person away, only to have him reappear moments later. A burglar, in the meantime, ends up in jail, from which he soon escapes. This is an unforgivable change and I urge the developers to remedy this app.

  This has got to be one of the best apps for little guys ever. The addition of the winter weather and Santa Claus made it even more exciting for my grandson.

  This app and the others from Wonderkind keep my daughter occupied on many car trips. Well worth the money. She loves the observation learning. Note to the developer - the update mentioned an app that doesn't come up when I search by name or by your companies name. Perhaps it's listed wrong in the App Store or not available in the US?

  I don't exactly understand why they love it SO much, but this app is a big hit in our household. My sons (2 & 4) both love this app and all the surprises in it. It never gets old for them. I love it because it's simple, yet entertaining for them. Like other reviewers I find myself wanting to see what certain things will do. A definite must have app in our house.

  My 2 year old son absolutely loves this app. It's interactive and fun. He cracks up at some of the things that happen when he touches the screen. I've downloaded a couple of the apps by this company and haven't been let down by one yet.

  I find myself playing with the characters and seeing what happens when my almost three year old leaves it open on the iPod. It's a wonderful storybook, not a game. The lack of words is key, the child can make up an ever changing story each and every time they play. Maybe this time the cow needs rescued because the thunder cloud knocked the tree over and scared it into the pond. And guess what??! Firefighters to the rescue! The story continues. Great creative play. I know nothing about crashes, the boy probably takes that as his cue to play something else for awhile.

  I love all of the apps by this group, especially the "seek and find" type. My grandson is just turning two but mastered the "screen swipe" and excellent fine motor skills a few months so using these apps. I have an old iPad, so it's a good use for it . I only wish that if he accidentally closes out the page, it would all still be there without having to reload. But otherwise, awesome!

  If you are a parent of smaller kids, you understand my title already! But for everyone else, it's simply that this app is easy for kids to use and they are mesmerized by it long enough for mom or dad to get a little bit of peace! Plus, it teaches cause and effect and the other series taught my son the order of the day with morning and night concepts. Honestly, I even get a kick out of the funny things you can make happen!

  This is a wonderful app. We have all of the hide and seek apps like this by wonderland and they are terrific! The music is great and plays gently in the back ground and the sound effects are funny. At least that is what my two year old thinks. She loves these apps! Great job creating them!

  My 3 1/2 yr old is hooked on ALL the apps by this team. If I didn't keep track, he'd play them all day. They stimulate memory, cause and effect, imagination, and a host of other cognitive and developmental elements in his curious little brain. Add that this app helps build fine motor skills with its mix of swiping and tapping (but not rushed swiping/tapping like other "game" apps) and this is a home run. I even play alongside and have a delightful time exploring and seeing the latest innovations brought forth by the creators. Bravo.

  I have all 4 different apps like this one by Wonderkind. I just keep buying them as they come out. I first let my son play them when he was about 18 months old and he loved it then. Now at 3.5 years old, he still loves these and laughs and laughs at the funny things that happen in each scene. Now he's old enough to move between the scenes and the different apps without my help so he loves and plays with them all!!

  Great app. My son LOVES it! But I am not crazy about the sound effects still running in the background even after the iPad shuts down after being idle. This tends to run the battery down quicker. Would love it if you could fix this! This goes for all picture books!

  My toddler loves apps fro this developer. My only complaint is Tiny Firefighters crashes when an email notification comes in while the app is open (4s).

  They think of everything and the art is so aesthetically pleasing. The best toddler apps around! Sometimes their apps seem inefficient with memory use and can crash, especially this game. I had to reboot my iPhone 4S (iOS 6) to get this game to even work.
