  My child has access to our abcmouse.com account, and has no problems or technical issues. I appreciate the convenience of having access to abcmouse when a computer is not available. It's also compatible with both the iPhone and the iPad, so when one goes dead, the other is a good backup.

• Some glitches on iPad version

  My kids love this program and I'm glad I got it, however I am still having trouble with glitches. My daughter's avatar still won't show up and not all of the features shown on the screen actually work. Please continue to update.

• New Update: Screen Keeps Freezing

  With the new update, now my load times take forever, screen stays frozen for minutes at a time. Must refresh screen two to three times. Thought response times were supposed to be faster. Now it's way worse! Please fix!!

  I don't know where the good reviews came from! I am very computer literate, but I can't find anything entertaining for my child to do on the site. Sings songs to child, preaches about animals, no interactive learning that I can find, and completely non-user friendly for youngsters. A complete waste of money! Reading Eggs is hundreds of times better!

  Omg, I promised my kid he could play this and now it won't open, even after I restart my phone. It does the logo, getting his hopes up, then nothing. :-( boo It would be nice if the app worked considering we pay for this site.

  My son has learned so much so fast. He loves everything about this app. I continue to be surprised by what he is learning. He is 4 years old and thanks to this program he can count by 2's, 10's and knows almost all of his letters. He can spell, write and type his name with ease. Your child will love learning with this program and you will love the results!

  I found this to be a great learning tool for my four-year-old with opportunities to play independently and/or with an adult. I didn't like that certain things are available on my computer that aren't on my iPad (pet park) but overall very nice!

• Can't even open!

  Even after reading several reviews of the app crashing, I downloaded it because my son was sooooo excited to get ABC Mouse, I figured the crashing issues couldn't happen to me. Well, I was right, I can't even get the app to open on the iPad! Now I have to explain to a 5 year old that once again, sometimes things just don't work the way you want them to. Big bummer!

• Great but shuts down often

  My daughter really enjoys using the site and I am very happy seeing her improvement in so many different areas and skills. One of my major issues is that it constantly shuts down at the beginning, during and after certain activities and it is very frustrating. My daughter cries every time this happens and getting interrupted so often doesn't help much in her progress. I have contacted tech support and they have responded to me every time I do but updating the app doesn't make a difference. I do not have any other apps open while using abcmouse.com so I can't seem to understand what is the problem. I also find the computer version easier to navigate than the iPad version. Unfortunately, my daughter's tiny hands can't use a mouse so she is stuck with the crashing iPad version. $80 app...NOT WORTH IT!

  My 3 year old and 18 month old play on ABC Mouse almost every day. Having it on my iPad makes it a breeze for them to do, and really makes my daughter feel empowered. There are a few bugs here and there, but overall it is a very well designed app.

  My kids 5, 4, and 1 loves everything about ABCmouse. They can read, write, do music, and art. The program is very helpful, most especially to kids with short attention span. Kids learn a lot from this app, no doubt. I also teach my kids one-on-one everyday, but these programs gave me plenty of ideas, so my kids won't be 'bored' to my own 'homeschooling/supplement learning' teachings. • Doesn't work with ipad 1 - 1st generation

  The product is way too slow on an ipad 1, toddler won't have patience to wait for it. We use a fast connection through wifi, the technology is not suited for older ipad. We tried the app version and the website access through photon app and it's way too slow in either case. The product looks good, just be upfront about all of the compatibility issues, before we make a purchase. Do all of your testing and publish the info so we can make informed decisions. I've spent way too much of. Y time to get to this point and vie emailed several different reps. Now I have to decide if I will dispute charges given your non-disclosures.

  As a mom of 4, I wish I had this program for my older 2 children. My 3 year old loves it! When she sees it on anything, she gets excited and says there's my school! I tell everyone with littles about it.

  The app is easy to work with. You must have a membership but it is worth every cent. If you want your toddler, older child or even a learning challenged child to excel then this is the app and program for you! Do NOT be skeptical this is for real and you will be stunned how fast it works.

  This website is phenomenal, but this app definitely has some kinks that need to be worked out. The pages don't turn when the books are being read, it freezes and sometimes the learning path doesn't completely load. If the app worked properly it would be 5 stars!

  Signed up last month with a year membership and haven't been able to login through the app. I get a blank yellow screen with letters on some occasions and other times, after reinstalling, it doesn't accept my login information. So annoying! Fix it please.

  My students love this app. They especially love the alphabet songs (I do too). They are identifying letters of the alphabet based on hearing and viewing the videos. Abcmouse is an awesome app and check out their website too.

  My two kids love the ticket concept. I do with there were more thing for my 7 year old. 2nd grader. He loves playing this but kind of easy. I do know there was no category for his age but he didn't like not being able to play what his 4 year old sister did. But they compete for tickets so this helps my 4 year old want to play more in it.. I can't wait to see how much they learn.

  installed on ipad 1. figured my 2 year old didn't need a new ipad. quite a few of the option tabs do not work, and once you choose an option it will not let you change them. haven't tried it on the computer yet, hope it is better, but the idea was to have this on the ipad.
