    Purchased this app when I had an iPad gen 1, and thought I had wasted my money. Performance was poor, connections to my company's exchange servers through OWA was dodgy and crashes were frequent. Needless to say this is a unless app on an iPad 1. Have an iPad Air now and this app rocks! All of the issues I had on the gen 1 are history. Performance is snappy, on par with the iPad mail app - only now I have calendars, email and tasks all in one place. If you have an iPad Air and can access your exchange account through OWA - 5 star app, otherwise can't recommend.

    It seems the developers just forgot to change the wording from their OWA app because it definitely leads one to believe that this is slyly for web and not ActiveSync. But when I ignored that and put in the correct credentials it worked fine. I only use it for email, so I can't speak to the calendar functionality or any other Exchange features. Still too expensive for such a dodgy app, especially if customer service is as bad as others claim.

    I'll give four star because I finally found an app where I have emails, calendar and task in the same place, no need to jump around different apps to complete a task but it certainly is still very basic, more future and setting s need to be added, like show flag emails (to do's) in the task section, add categories to task... (Look at Task Task HD's app); Calendar need more view options like week and monthly view and not all calendars are syncing. Set up was easy and and perform very well. No need to go thru third party cloud to sync with your exchange server

    I purchased this app in the hope that unlike Every other Email app , I would be able to collapse nested folders. many that use email for business use this feature in outlook to manage their email. had i known the feature wasn't available i would have never spent the money..

    Too many bugs to list. Not even close to a finished product. It does work, at a basic level, for checking and responding to email, but that's about all. It's a shame because using Activesync is much faster than the other OWA/web-based apps. For general (non-tech) users I recommend Outlook Mail Pro. This one does have great potential, though, if the devs keep working on it.

    While the concept of this app is good, it does not work. I have experienced problem after problem from the app crashing, being slow, freezing, print function disappearing........ Despite my many attempts to address these issues the problems have not been addressed. I originally purchased the Mail+ Outlook version and mistakenly thought that paying $19.99 for the Mail+ ActiveSync would better. It was actually worse. I am now going to take the advice of the Developer and request a refund from apple. Very disappointed.

    Wasted $$$ upon purchase noticed you can not set the notification sounds. Calendar problems, also can not display group email contacts. Original mail app exceeds this, wasted my money. Supports response to just repeat your problem back to you. No fix.

    With more servers using ActiveSync I was looking for something more than the native mail app. When I configured this to use with one of my accounts that used ActiveSync (SmarterMail) the app crashed (closed) every time I opened it. When they returned my trouble email they said it would only work with Exchange 2007 and greater. Not sure why they are trying to sell this app. Would stay with native mail client. Now trying to get my money back.

    Since the recent update this APP does not work... it opens then immediately close... worthless.... sent multiple message to customer service with no response.

    This app does not work as described. There is no ability to log onto an active exchange server, it instead asks you for your OWA login info.

  • Awful and Misleading

    This app IS NOT intended for Exchange ActiveSync. The login page asks for you to provide your webmail / OWA login credentials. I work at a place where OWA is restricted and only EAS with password policies are supported. This app will not work, and right now I paid $19.99 for 30-45 seconds of use. Complete failure. Apps like touchdown and moxier work, not this one. I hope they update the app description so others don't have their money stolen.

    Don't buy this application!!!!! A waste of $20.00 bucks :( When I entered my information exactly how I was suppose to it still won't connect with the server. I ended up choosing , Mail + OutLook and it works perfect with not problems.... and it was free!

    I can't connect to the server with this so-called expanded app yet the basic Mail app works fine. The configs are the same. I've been waiting for tech support to get back to me but so far NOTHING! How do I get my $$$ back??

  • Rolled the dice and lost on this one

    Sounds great but doesn't work. My company's security policy requires a security pin capability and support for active sync this app has both. Not sure why this doesn't work, but I can configure and get to the inbox, but no other folders. Once I exit the app and try to open again, I get an "access denied-try reconfiguring your account" error and can access nothing. Device Mac address registered with my corporate IT team so it should work. Would like my $20 back.
