This app looks great and is easy to navigate. It keeps me up to date with every sport AU has. Great app! As a big follower of AU football, it is nice to be able to follow the other sports.

I agree, this app is terrible and hard to cancel

  • Terrible.

As an auburn grad, i made the in-app purchase to get access to archived content. For one, it only lists the Alabama and SEC Championship radio broadcasts. Seriously? I don’t get access to previous games? And two, there’s no actual audio player. You just tap on a radio broadcast, that happens to be 3.5 hours long, and there’s no skipping forward or rewinding. I listen through 2hrs of pre game, only to have the stream stop during the first quarter, and my only option is to listen from the beginning again. Seriously? There’s only a toggle play/stop button? On a paid app? This is the first review i’ve ever written. I’ve never been so dumbfounded. What a joke. Can’t believe i paid for this.

  • Negative Stars

    by RHinGA

Apparently, one star means "I hate it"... Too bad I cannot give negative stars. The first game was ok, but each game thereafter got worse and worse. A complete waste of money!

  • A real dissapointment

    by AUinFLA

Like other out of state AU fans above, I purchased the APP premium subscription to be able to listen to the radio broadcast on the go. Same issues, can't forward stream for live coverage, have to listen to 2 hour pregame and when it did get to game, three seconds and stutter for five. Absolutely no response from CBS sports when requesting help. Last years version from XOS Digital worked perfectly; no issues and no annoying CBS logos. Reflects poorly on AU, Lowes and CBS (no surprise there). Will cancel if possible.

  • What a waste...

    by TheLandSlide

For 2 weeks in a row I tried unsuccessfully to listen to game day audio. Week 1: audio became available AFTER the game was over. Week 2: audio started 15 minutes late. But, it was the 2 hr PREGAME that you can't forward through. Previous feedback to CBS results in comments saying that streaming can be affected by my connection. Duh. I had full reception. The app is the issue. CBS also pointed out that subscriptions are non-refundable even though I didn't ask for one. I found that really arrogant & a stupid way to do business. Here's our poor're stuck with it sucker. I just want to hear the games LIVE as I live states away. This is the 1st year the app audio has been with CBS. I can't understand how the could approve a product that functions so poorly. I'm going to email AU in hopes of getting some of acceptable fix.

  • Horrible App Don't Purchase the Live Options

    by AUHighlander

This app has a horrible user interface and is an embarrassment for a university that has great graphic design and industrial design programs. I made the mistake of purchasing the yearly subscription so I could listen live to the football games this year while living on the west coast. First game against WSU was a decent experience but the second and third games have been a waste of money. It was half time against Arkansas State before the audio stream started and it was of the pregame show. Third game of the year today against Miss State and the first quarter is almost over and the pre game steam is playing when it is not hissing, popping and dropping out. The Listen Live option is a complete fail and waste of money.

  • Worst app I have used

    by Uncmt

I was unable to get any audio of the Ark. St. Game, plus the interface is terrible. I purchased a monthly subscription, and I am having a very difficult time finding out how to cancel the auto-renew. I guess I will eventually contact iTunes and tell them to not auto-renew. If that does not work, I will call my credit card company to dispute...let them handle this mess. War Eagle!

  • Extremely disappointing

    by Original Metalhead

The play-by-play didn't start updating until late in the third quarter in the Arkansas State game. If you don't have the people to run the app properly, why bother creating it in the first place.

  • VERY disappointed

    by Bones4au

Like others could only get pre-game and not live broadcast of the Ark State game. Stats were nonexistent for some time. Waste of subscription fee. This app needs major help. Owed a refund in my opinion.

    by DF18

This app is a complete waste of money. I can't believe two major companies have their names on this app. Where it fails... 1. The stream starts at the two hour pre game show. Every time , you can not fast forward. So it will be two hours before you hear the game. 2. There is way to many adds is the stream. You pay for this, why the adds? Fast forward would fix all of the problems.

by Not happy, please fix this app

Bought this app to listen to the games since I won't make it to any this year. Too bad the app won't actually play the audio even though I have the montly subscription. Took it an hour and half to get the game stats up. Worked great for the first game, not so much for the second one. Even tried uninstalling it, but all that got me when reinstalling was the updated scores but not the live gamecast. Very frustrating app.

  • Nearly unusable at peak times

    by Alabama Lowe's Shopper

The interface is a little quirky and hard to use. However, the worst part is when you pay for a subscription that claims to provide live coverage, but apparently the author doesn't have enough capacity to handle the traffic. I could not get any audio at all on game day. This made it a total waste of money.

  • Visual Design is a Mess

    by VinORL

Visual and graphic design in the creation of any app is critical. In one where the purpose is the communication of news and commentary, it determines whether people want to come back repeatedly, or get their news fix elsewhere. As a huge Auburn fan this app is a disappointment. As the 'Official' app of Auburn Athletics this app should represent the school in a professional, appealing and visually pleasing manner. It does not. It looks like the product of a high school graphic design assignment. Auburn Athletics deserves better. It gets two stars for Phillip Marshall and Charles Goldberg articles. Otherwise, meh.
