I am so sorry to hear about the other reviews about this app, but so far I had just one problem with the app contacted them told me how to fix the problem and haven't had a problem since. I had this app for way over a year never ran into any sort of problem since.
As a customer of US Weekly for many years, I was excited to finally be able to view the magazine on my iPad. Way more convenient and saves money. However, I do not like the fact that now that my magazines have been pre-paid, I am not having issues downloading the magazine. This week it has an error message. I would like for this to be fixed or I will have to cancel my subscription.
I love this magazine, but after the update I, like everyone else it seems, could not access the latest issue. I had an "error" button where the "download" button should've been. Right after writing a negative review.. Poof! It's working! Thank you US- I need my escape! This is definitely my fave celeb gossip magazine.

Have the same issue with this app. Have found that deleting the app and reinstalling it has resolved the problem. Not the best solution but you can a least read your publication.
I've subscribed and after the January 6th's issue, I can't download the new ones and it says 'ERROR'. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!

I too am getting an error message. I can't do anything with this app I'm paying for. If it doesn't get fixed soon I'm canceling it for good. After contacting customer support I was simply told "all problems will be resolved on their own most likely within 24 hours." Well no, it has been four days. Get your business together, guys. Seriously. This is very frustrating.
This month's issue won't download. Store says error and under library, current issue doesn't show up to download at all.

I can't open the newest issues, constant error message and now it kicked me out of my account and saying I have the wrong login info!!!!! Please fix ASAP or I'm canceling my subscription. So frustrated with all the update bugs.

Just like the last other 10 reviews, my newest magazine is showing "error" where the "download" button should be. It'll be interesting to see how long it'll take to fix (been 2 days so far) and no resolution.
Like everyone else, I'm also having the error message since January 3. And nothing has worked to get rid of the error message. Not a good app at all.
Like many other users, since this app was updated I cannot download new issues and get only an error message. The previous version worked perfectly. Ditch the current app version and give us subscribers a version that works, even if it means reinstating the old app. The present app performance is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

I too was very excited about this app as US Weekly USED to be my fave mag. But now when I try to download newest issue, I get an "error" where "download" should be..... This has been for a few days now and I'm completely frustrated!!! Not worth the money!
I used to download a new issue every Friday morning and last week I couldn't get it until Saturday. Now today there is an ERROR message, preventing me from downloading the latest issue.
I got a 1 month trial subscription. Read 2 magazines with no problem. Now for the 3rd magazine it won't download and I get an error message. I was actually considering a 6 month subscription but not anymore.

This app hardly ever works right! It keeps telling me there's an error and asks me to sign in. Then it won't recognize my sign in. Not worth the trouble if they can't fix it. Just go to the store and buy the magazine

One of the print subscribers who was looking for the complimentary digital subscription that I think we deserved for. Why other popular magazines like BW, EW, parents....etc can do but you guys can't? I probably will remove my print subscription as well.
The new update seems to have a bug where it doesn't re-open to the page you were last on. Instead, it starts at the cover of the issue again. Not cool. I used to be able to close the app and reopen it a day later and it'd still be on the same page. Now it goes back to the beginning if I leave the app for a couple hours.
I love reading my magazines on my iPad, reduces clutter and saves paper. I've switched most other magazines I get to digital, but I can't this one. Because for whatever moronic reason, if you get the paper, you still can't have it digital. Come on, US, really? Fix this.
I had a paper subscription but was asked to pay for a digital copy. Not cool - People gives me both - so now I only have a People subscription!
