Description

“Case Files: Microbiology is easy and fun to read. The case discussions are very clinically relevant. The clinical correlations will prepare students well for making the transition from basic science to clinical rotations. Overall, the level of detail is perfect.”--Anne Valaas, 4th year medical student, Oregon Health Sciences University

  • Not for undergrads

This app is very helpful for graduate level learning. If you are in a undergrad "memorize this....." program, this is not for you. For medical school, PA school, or medically related microbiology where they are trying to teach patient presentation and likely pathogens, this is peefect. I would like to see alternate presentations for some pathogens like strep: i.e. scarlet fever, rheum fever, food poisioning, toxic shock, intoxication vs infection etc.

  • Waste of a lot of Money!

    by nukedflounder

I bought this hoping it would help me with my Microbiology class, as this is the text book we use. It doesn't help at all, it was very expensive to buy and would love a refund. School is expensive enough, if these companies can't make a product that helps students then the least they could do is be happy with the two hundred bucks we already spent on their text. Sheenanagans as Cartman would say.

  • Bad

It will only let you view the first case study and then you have to buy the app. It wouldn't let me do the study guides or the exams without paying, no thanks!
