Need to know information about DRGs?

DRGs are Diagnosis Related Groups that are the basic units for which hospitals are paid by Medicare and Medicaid for healthcare services.

Each DRG code has
- A numeric code
- A DRG name/title
- A weight
- An arithmetic length of stay (LOS)
- A geometric LOS

All current DRGs for 2012 are presented in this easy to use app.

A must for case managers, care coordinators, and other health care professionals who need to know information about DRG codes while on the go.

Customer Reviews

  • Slow Going

    by Charles McClenny

This app is incredibly sluggish when entering text. Have had much better luck with MSDRG, but it doesn't run on iPad. On a busy hospital day, this program is like trying to swim in honey. Doesn't work too well.

  • Horrible app

    by Setrac

Unbelievable lag time when TRYING to enter search criteria. Don't waste ur time downloading because this app will waste your time trying to use it.

  • Doesn't even function

    by Miranda Thorpe

Can't even type am entry due to long lag time. Useless.

  • Too buggy to use

    by EC96

I thought this app might be useful in dealing with my mother's hospital bills. The app just seemed to be a long text file with a search box at the top. However, when I tried to type letters in the search box there was a huge lag time. I didn't have the patience to complete the word bronchitis! I couldn't scroll down very far either, without the app freezing.
