Customer Reviews

  • I love it!

    by CurlyAllisons

Great for new prescriber, love the augmentation strategies, how to taper, great easy descriptions. Definitely a great app used in first year psychiatry practice.

  • Needs serious update

    by RCA972

Enough said. Great resource, sad functioning app.

  • Needs major fixes!!!

    by Psych resident 123

Crashes when you search and it recommends your choice, and if you click the choice it crashes. Needs upgrade for iphone 5 and iOS 7. C'mon people. There have been no updates since this app was created, and you need to update it. I paid too much for updates to be neglected!!!

  • Nice to have on phone, but it crashes

    by Sleepy Doc

It seems this app has been crashing for a long time judging by the other reviews. I really don't understand why Apple allowed it with the search function not working. However, it is nice having the material on my phone. You can still look up each drug in the index and get to them that way.

  • Excellent

Great app. I have used it a lot on iPhone 4S and iPad, and it has never crashed. Very intuitive, huge amount of content, well worth the price.

  • Somewhat glitchy

    by Kinipelap

This app often crashes when I search for a drug. Not the best functionality considering the cost, but it is really neat to have Stahl's book in e format. I especially like the note taking and highlighting features. Basic, but helpful.

  • Awesome app

    The bible for psychopharm!

  • Concise, organized, quick reference

    by WonderFlea

Contains the typical Stahl style information on psychopharmacology. The drugs are well organized and easy to access. I am grateful it's compatible with both iPad and iPhone. I chose to purchase on the app store rather than the print version for the portability factor, I feel it was well worth the wait.

  • Well, I am disappointed.

    by Carmen Lopez Arvizu MD

Not current with what is or not FDA approved but most importantly what is available on the US market, so, if you practice in US think twice too expensive for such app.

  • Needs major bug fixes

    by Agent926

I was pleased to find this title in the app store; rather than lugging my most useful resources around physically, I have found it extremely handy to carry my books on my iPad. Having said that, this app is extremely buggy, and crashes every time I initiate a search, add a bookmark, or try and turn a page. Until this glitches are addressed, DO NOT buy this title. It is way too expensive of an app to crash when you need it. I am disappointed. Also, why isn't this available in the iBookstore?
