    I am an iPad/iTunes subscriber and have been very peeved that I couldn't download my issues like I was supposed to for three months now. I did finally figure out how to get them though! I made an online account through the Cosmo website and then went back into the app and signed in with that under my account, sign in for other subscribers. After I restored my purchases like they say in the FAQ's, they were all instantly available to download. It was that pesky online account sign in that they forget to tell you about. Hope this helps everyone who was experiencing my same frustration.

    I love the way this app looks. I like clicking on the plus signs if it is something that I want to know more about. I didn't have a subscription already, so I don't mind buying the issues. Others have complained about downloads. Mine takes quite a while with my wi-fi at home but it is totally worth it. Personally, I prefer this version better than the print version.

    This appears to be the best app I have on my iPad. Wish I was loaded I would have subscribed to the magazine. The app alone speaks for it. Keep it up. Hope to be a subscriber one day.

    I love having my favorite magazine available for download straight to my iPad. If you're having trouble, you should go to the FAQ page under the account tab. I haven't had any issues with my subscription yet, but I did read over it in case I came across similar issues in the future. You won't regret buying this

    This app does NOT work. At all. Won't load, it shows the badge blacked out, and I can't even delete it!! I hope it gets taken off the App Store. It's a piece of crap, don't bother.

    Don't get me wrong, I love this magazine. The app, however, has so many bugs it is practically unbearable. I, like many others, bought a subscription but it takes blood, sweat, and tears to download the most current magazine. I am constantly frustrated.     I've never given a one star only rating to an App before. I purchased a subscription, and their program doesn't recognize that fact. It keeps insisting that I re-buy the current issues, every month. I've already paid for each one. I've never had a problem this bad with Apps over the four years I've used iphone. I even clicked on the "support" link in the Cosmopolitan App customer subscription area, and all I get is a white empty screen. I called Cosmopolitan and the answerer said it's an Apple iTunes issue. I contacted Apple and iTunes and they want $19.00 to help me get my refund from Cosmopolitan.

    This is ridiculous all the other magazines I have come with a digital copy as well as the print copy as long as you can provide your account info. I'd like to have the digital copy with me all the time too. Come on Cosmo you can do better than this, please fix this problem for all of us print subscribers. Then you would be a 5 star.

    Every month, it forgets I'm a subscriber and asks me to buy. Resetting doesn't work. Ready to give up on it. Love the mag--on paper.

  • Restoring purchases is a pain (and doesn't work)

    Even though I am a subscriber, I have trouble every month with downloading the new issue. Currently I have tried at least 5 times to restore my issues in order to download the new one and it still wants me to buy it with an in-app purchase. This has happened since I had a subscription to the magazine on here (about 6 months) and I am going to cancel my membership after a year is up if this happens every month, when the restore doesn't work, I have to send an email to support and that takes over a week.... I'm sorry but Cosmo will lose my business if this isn't fixed soon. It is taking too much of my time.

    I love reading the magazine on the app but I can never get it to download! It is always asking me to purchase the new issue each month even though I paid for a yearly subscription. Then I have to wait several days for someone to reply to my email and help me. Stick with the paper edition unless you want a hassle every month downloading your magazine!!

    I love Cosmo, but this is such a terrible app. In order to get the issues that I've paid for, I have to restore my purchases upwards of five times, and even then, it refuses to switch from "Buy Issue" to "Download." The app for Glamour and other magazines are easy to use, so I don't know why this one is such a pain. Please fix it!!

    I downloaded this app with a trial annual subscription. The first two months (before payments kicked in), the app worked great! Once the first annual payment was charged to my account (with no confirmation email, as promised), the app started to act up. It would crash SECONDS upon opening the app. Every time. You cannot read any of the magazines downloaded whatsoever. I contacted support and they will tell you everything YOU may be doing wrong, i.e. restart after downloading, close all background apps, redownload app, download current version of app, etc. None of this works to resolve the conflict. I was told I would receive a refund for my annual purchase that is now useless. That was almost two months ago now. No refund has been sent yet. I continue to email, but whoever was so eager to talk before is now completely silent. There is no number at which to reach them either. DO NOT bother with this app. Buy the actual magazine if interested in reading it. Not worth it.

    Very problematic downloading and restoring Downloaded issues. I read bad reviews warning about this before buying it and still insisted on giving it a shot. Unwise move. Don't waste your money on it.

    Horrible app - I strongly recommend you stick with the print version. As soon as your subscription auto-renews you lose access to all your previously paid for issues. Had not even read the last 2 when they auto-renewed and the prev year flipped back to having to be bought individually. Even more idiotic, you can download issues to your iPad but unless you have active Internet connectivity you cannot see them. I download issues to read on the plane, but no, you immediately get an error that there is no Internet connectivity and can't access your downloaded issues - WORTHLESS! Shame you have to even give a single star!

    This app is awful. I can't access any of my previously downloaded issues, and their customer service department never responds to you. The app never seems to work properly, and I pay the same amount as if I had just purchased it in print! The company is essentially stealing customer money. Overall extremely frustrating.

    I haven't been able to view my past 4-5 issues because there is an issue with my download. Before this has worked perfectly. I want my money back or for it to be fixed properly. I didn't spend 10$for a year for no reason. FIX OR I WILL CALL AND MAKE IT BE FIXED!

    For the first two or three months I had no problems; however, for the last two months I've been unable to access Cosmo. The app crashes while its loading and customer service is no help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, still no app availability and customer service has stopped responding to my emails.
