Like the another reviewer below, I wished it automatically advanced to the next day or week and kept track of your days automatically. It does help that it adds a little check mark on completed days, which allows you to manually scroll to appropriate day.. I'd recommend it...

    The only thing missing from this training app is GPS capability. Developer please add GPS. The intervals are great. Weeks 1-8 are the same as C25K app. Would be 5 star app if I didn't have to have multiple apps open for my runs.

    I graduated this morning. Ran my 1st 10k in 78 minutes. I run on a track, so this was 25 laps at about a 12 minute mile pace. This is a great trainer, and I highly recommend it. I think I'll stick to 10k for now, but if I ever decide to move up to half marathon, I'll definitely use their app. While it's a 14 week program, it took me 16 weeks. Pulled a muscle on the first workout of an early week(week 4 I think), then had a vacation on the beach at week 11 where I only ran the first workout then got worn out from the beach. Started both of those weeks over the following weeks including the workout I'd already done. Don't get discouraged, it's definitely doable!

    I just started getting into running and this app has been the perfect way to ease myself in and condition myself gradually to run longer distances. It works wonderfully and simultaneously with the Nike running app and I just love using them both together. It has helped me to stay motivated and stick with it! Love it!

    This is a great running app and fun! I have been trying to run on my own for a while and wish I had discovered this app sooner. A GPS would be great to track distance so I don't have to use my Nike Running App at the same time.

    Overall this is a good app. I would like to start on the day that you left off though and a GPS feature would be great. Keeping track of my runs and the distance And possibly how many calories I burn a would be a great tool

    I really liked this app and it definitely works. I would've liked a GPS feature so you can track your run like on other apps. The one major thing that annoyed me was that I started this program in week 8 since I'd already done a 5k. Every time I went in to do the next day, it would take back to week 1 and it's still doing that...

    Very good app. A few minor issues: window trying to sell you more apps on start up. Doesn't seem to be a way to turn off and there should be in paid version. Doesn't automatically start you where you previously left off. You have to manually scroll to it every time. Very minor inconveniences. Overall the training program is great!

    I think it's a great AP. wish it started from the 5k though instead of starting from square one. I guess you need a 5k to 10k ap. motivational inserts might be helpful towards the end of the work out too Otherwise it is awesome Thanks!!!

    I am hoping to do my first 1/2 marathon and I was warded off by the reviews for the zen lab 1/2 marathon trainer. But this actually has you running the entire time. I am half way through and I find this easy to do! I really recommend this! It starts out easy. I am a little disappointed that the last half seems to be run 15, 20 mins and then walk 1 and repeat 4 times,but without this I would be nowhere near where I am. I just finished running 4 miles without stopping. Not an impressive time, but this app got me to a point where I can run 4 miles, I am impressed by that alone. Great investment!

    Gives you the much needed confidence to achieve running goals through letting you really build up slowly. I've never been able to stick to a program and I am now running a 5k without trouble and my 10k is in sight. Love this app!

    I have already recommended this app to several of my friends. It makes running so easy even when you have not exercised in several years. I have literally gone from sitting on the couch to running a 10K. And I have lost 48 pounds in 3 months and I am still going. I have even been able to come off my blood pressure medicine and have spoke with my doctor about coming off my cholesterol medicine. If you were thinking about getting this app, stop thinking and just do it!

    I find this app easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the rack that you cannot put your phone on silent or you will not hear the voice tell you the next run/walk. I like the sayings on the screen to encourage you. The days scroll to the next when a day is complete.

    I just switched from a droid x to iPhone 5 and had been using droid couch to 5 k and really enjoyed it, it would tell me how far I had gone, my speed, and the time it took for each interval. I can't get this iphone app to talk to me( I have checked the sound on phone and on the app), and there are no graphics telling me my progress. I really do miss my droid app, I couldn't find a comparable app on the iPhone. It does keep my time, but I'm constantly having to look down to see if its time to switch.

    I love the application! I've already cut 15 minutes off of my 5K in 3 weeks! The flaw is when I go to post my workout on FB, the screen freezes and the only way to get back to the app is the remove it from my device and re-install. :(

    The app is so easy to use: you just tap to start workout and go! The voice reminders tell you everything else (although rarely it does fail). And the timer is easy to read. 2 improvement suggestions: 1. The integrated music player would be more robust or just link you straight to the music app. 2. something to track your actual miles ran.
