I used the C25K app and lived it, so getting the 10K version was a no-brainier. This app includes all of the 5K workouts, as well as new ones to get to a 10K. I skipped the 5K workouts since I am past them, but the app seems unwilling to record my week 12 workouts as complete. It continues to default to week 1, so I am letting the early workouts run in the background with hopes that will fix the problem. This would be a 5-star app if it weren't for the issue of not being able to mark a workout as complete if it hasn't gone through its entire sequence.

Love the app except for one thing - wish that I wouldn't have to scroll from week 1 every time I go to use the app at the gym. Wish it would just go to the last day I completed. Otherwise love it!
I love this app. I started with the 5k and completed a race this fall and now I'm working on the 10k. It is easy to use and I love tracking my progress. Interval training is great to increase your stamina. Next up... Half marathon.

The audio cues are loud enough that I can switch to a different app and listen to my favorite talk shows! Keeps me from slacking off, love it!
My friend and I started using the c25k first and just did our first 5k and came on 1st place. Now starting the rest of the journey. I like that you can listen to music while working out.
I when't from a lump on a coach to running a 10k. When you first run a straight 5min without realizing it, it's a great feeling

I love the app. I can play music and follow app at same time. The gradual 3 day a week is just what I needed.
It keeps crashing in the middle of my runs :( it was working fine up to a week ago and now it closes when I'm half-way through a run and when I try to reopen it after closing it out it doesn't work unless I delete and reinstall it, only to have it crash again...
once the screen is put to sleep there is no sound from the queue. i was jogging or walking longer thn i should have. i happened to lighten my screen and see a written cue. my samsungs problems were fixed right away. my kindle versions shuts completely down as soon as you press any start

This app crashes whenever I try to open it or in the middle of a without. Fix it.

This is a great app. Very user friendly and great for those of us that aren't runners. One question though, why isn't this integrated with myfitnesspal like the c25k is? It's the same developer.

This app was fantastic when I first downloaded it. Now it crashes on opening and I can't get it to work. Please fix it!

Literally turns you into a runner and helps it be less painful.
This app is great. The fact I can use my own music is a plus. The "you are half way" and "1 min left" announcements are great motivators. When I looked ahead at upcoming workouts, I was worried I couldn't do this, but the slow build up over the weeks is wonderful. Everyone should use this app to start running.
It is so nice not to have to think about each step of the way and remember where you left off with training. Also love how it breaks the training down for you in multiple chunks.
Really helps you gradually build up your running stamina. And works in the background with other apps that track distance!

I haven't ran since high school track (16 years!!!) I am over weigh and a mother of 2. This work out fits into my schedule nicely. I'm not gonna lie, it has been challenging but really fun. Every time I finish a workout I feel super awesome and accomplished. I just finished week 4 and I already see a difference in the way my clothes fit. I'm using this program so I can finish the KY Derby Mini marathon on 4/19/2014. I think it's gonna work!
If you are new to running this app is exactly what you need! It's very easy to use and best of all it syncs with your music player so that while you are listening to your music it tells you when to run/walk! I also love that when I open the app I receive motivation quotes and when you complete your run you get a coupon! I recommend this app to everyone! Enjoy!

If you're considering the $2 Adblock go straight to the "Pro" version of this app. I wasted $1.99 on Adblock to find the app crashes upon opening. I've uninstalled - reinstalled multiple times as well as soft and hard resets of my iPhone.
I like using it. Wish it measured miles and not just time, but all in all I like it.
I started the app from the beginning. I have tried everything to run and this app was the one thing that helped me run 6 miles straight. Easy to use let me listen to my music and synced itself with my nike run app!

This is a great app and a perfect transition from c25k. I just wish it would save my route or calculate distance ran for those of us without a 10 min mile.
Great program! Did 5K and am working on 10K and it's a better motivator than any gym membership I've tried. Workouts build on one another so I feel prepared for each day's assignment.
