I use all of the weedo workout apps. I do abs and arms Sunday,Tuesday , Thursday. And legs and squats Monday, Wednesday, Friday and rest Saturday. My only complaint is the achievement sound. It is too loud and I want to be able to turn it off, just the sound. Please add this setting to all of your apps, men and women.
I use the squats, push-ups and sit-ups Weedo apps to get my workout in. Perfect to keep you on task.

I've been using this app for about a month now, and I really enjoy it. It has never crashed, no bugs to speak of, and it is time efficient. I like that you can set an in app reminder for what day/time you want to work out. I clean a little between each set (there is a 2min rest timer) so working out is keeping my house a little tidier. It's nice feeling relaxed about working out, as well as motivated :) Simple and fun! I wish all their apps were free!
I started with 11 pushups on 1/5/13, and now on 1/16/13 I am on 93 pushups :) I notice my triceps, back, and chest Have gotten stronger. It is worth it!

As I've started using apps to help me consistently work out, I've found 200+ squats to work perfectly fine. A few odds and ends (the 'rate now' button brings me to another app's page, weirdly enough) make this app a little strange such as the juxtaposing of military rank and emoticons. along with a lack of a 'goal', It's a solid app, and does what it says it will. 4/5

Its a great app. I wish i didnt have to take a day off before starting the next workout. What if i wanted to do 2 a days? Also i wish this app told you more or less how many calories i burned. Im a have to give it 3 stars!
On an iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1 I cannot start the first 'Enlisted' workout. The button on the workout screen has no label and it 'animates' like it is an active button when pressed, but nothing happens. Disappointed, as it seems others are having no issues.
