I downloaded this app because I wanted to get back in shape. I've never been able to get abs in my life. I have been using this app for less than a month. So far, I have a line and I can see the side definitions coming in. I've also lost 5 pounds.

I really enjoyed this app. It was easy to use and kept me motivated to do my situps every other day. The work outs progress at a gradual scale which is simple enough to keep up with. Unfortunatly after day 8 it crashed and refused to function. I can redo previous work out just fine, but anything after number 8 causes the app to shut down completely.
Has been installing update via App Store for over a week. Update is Frozen & i can't use app.
It will help you get to 100, but then you have to PAY AGIAIN. (??!!??!!) I already payed for this app, and I expect more from an app that costs. One I finish I am deleting it and getting a FREE, BETTER APP. Just save your time and money and get a different app...I would have done that if I had known.

When I first started this program I felt like I sprang my abdominal muscle but I was just very sore but I see the results now and it's becoming easier as the days go by

For some reason it's not working. I can put in the number of sit-ups I can do, it suggests which one to use. And it's blank from there. Any suggestions?

Awesome you can do it at anytime and anyplace. So convenient with a busy schedule.
It doesn't take much time. Because there is a rest period between sets, I haven't been sore. I do feel & see a difference already!

The idea of this app is great, which is why I gave it one star...but since day one it has constantly crashed after the first 2 minute rest period. No matter how often I try, it doesn't let me get past that point. Over it...
I really like this app. My only complaint about it is that the chart that shows how many you've completed stops after four days of using the app. I want to track my progress through to the end.
