This app makes working out anywhere easy by letting you search common WODs and let's you add custom WODs that you do often. It lists the Nasty Ladies, the New Ladies, the Heroes, the CF Game WODs, and road WODs for hotel fitness. It has become my searchable workout log, and I love love love it.

I love this app but it's frozen and I don't know how to fix...help! Every time I click on it, it pauses and times out.

Yeah this app impressed me. The fact that your info and records are backed up on the cloud beats the crap out of the paper journals I keep building and loosing.

If you're looking for a way to track your WODs look no further! I've tried everything from keeping a journal to DayOne to not tracking. myWOD is awesome. The only issue is that the syncing is pretty terrible. It needs to sync via WiFi not Bluetooth.
Perfect to track gains and get %'s quickly.
At first I though it would be simpler to just use pen and paper.. But my gym share the daily WOD via a blog and this app sees their blog / WOD posts and with just one click my entire WOD is auto loaded into the "my workouts". I've been using it now for about 6 months and go 3 times a week. This app is great! I've never lost data (as it lets me back up to iCloud and Dropbox). Worth the money. Check out the heart rate monitor too. :)
Easy to add RSS feeds from Sealfit, outlaw crossfit, etc. Includes all the crossfit workout descriptions. Calendar works great!

This was a great app until the most recent update. Now it never even opens so I can't add my wods. Please fix this problem ASAP.
Every time I use the graph feature I have a frozen screen for 2 seconds followed by the app crashing. Please fix.
I love everything about this app! I love that I can keep track of my WODS, I love that all the benchmark workouts are already in it, I love the how-to videos, I love the stop watch included. This is the perfect CrossFit app! Side note: I HATE the coupons that come up & won't let me go on w/out putting in my email account.
So far this app has been awesome. Very easy to use and understand. I love that it has exercise demos also. I have used the timers as well and they are great. Great job on this app.

Unbelievable app that allows anybody from the beginner to the expert to use. It definitely inspires you to track your workouts and continue the success.
I like this app a lot! However, I really wish the day of the week along with the date showed up on the list view and in the screen for the date of the WOD that you are entering. It would make it easier to enter WODs that you've completed.
My wife and I both have started using this app and love it. It links right to our gym's feed to pull wods easily. Some recommendations would be a way to make multiple scores for when there is a build that precedes the met con. Another would be to have a space to record body weight each day. In the max record section if you could track the different reps with correlated weights. i.e. 1 rep max is 300 but 3 rep max is 280 for same lift. If there were a way that only the correlated rep scheme would chart with themselves. Just a few things I would see as useful. I love the app and will be a faithful user because pen and paper is too easy to let go or get dirty and sweaty at the gym. Definitely my favorite way to track WODs

Great app! Super useful! I input my wod times and PR all the time. The percentage breakdown for lifts is worth the money in itself.

The interval timer on this app is great. You can set multiple intervals with different time parameters for each. This is perfect when doing ascending and descending work to rest intervals. Good stuff! Really like the way they list the percentages of your max weights. Lots faster than having to break out the calculator! Awesome.
I love all the loaded features in this app, but do use Pocket WOD for tracking my bootcamp circuits due to them having the whiteboard picture option when adding a WOD. After adding your name and time of WOD, you save a picture of your written WOD, so you don't have to take time to type it out!!
Easy to use tracking and search abilities. When an exercise comes up at the gym I can see when I did it last and how much weight I used. I also added the RSS feeds from many well known coaches so I can see how they program. The one time I contacted support with an idea they got back to me the very next day. This app rocks.
Great app, but would wish it backed up data on certain intervals. Lost all my data after having to wipe my phone.

Love the app but if it only it sync through iCloud or similar then my iPad and iPhone management would be much easier. Believe they are working on this next step.

The ONLY flaw I can see is you have to click edit to view your notes!! This needs to be changed. We should be able to click on a record and see all details without jumping through hoops! Everything else is awesome!

I downloaded this after getting tired of logging workouts in a notebook. It's great for logging benchmark WODs and PRs. The tabata timer is also really useful, and the list of "Road WODs" is great for when I'm traveling.
This app is the BEST crossfit app available. Love keeping track of my workouts and my progress. Wish they had a means of tracking lifting other than just Max Weights. But this app is fantastic

Has worked wonderfully for the past year without problems. Though after recent update it keeps crashing. Please fix. I have tried other apps but keep going back because it meets all of my needs.

Love this app. It's great for tracking your max lifts and the it displays percentages, which is an awesome feature. It has most common WODs already available making tracking them easy. My only request is that they add a toggle button to easily change units from lbs to kgs on the max lifts. I work with both in my gym and this would make my life easier. All in all a must have app!
Would help if we could add pics to the my WOD section instead of having to write it all out for custom WODs.

Basically gives me all the resources I need for crossfit. Since I am a solo crossfitter having such easy access to not only the WODs but the timers and "how to" videos is especially convenient
I CrossFit five times a week and love this app! The only thing I don’t like about it is every time I get a new phone all my recorded workouts/PR’s are erased. Maybe sometime of savable or online profile would help. Otherwise love the customer service!
I only use it for keeping track of PRs, but it is extremely useful in that regard.

I like the app buuuut the scoring options need to be tweaked. For example: WODs that are timed and the goal is to get as many rounds as possible or say just 4 rounds ins the alloyed time do not have a chart ability in the app. With this ability to truly track all WODs this app would be the snip snap Sally whamyastic shizzzzle!
Great app! Easy to use, quick referencing, all around great layout with many extras.
Love this app, wouldn't be able to keep track of anything without it! My favorite features are the Max Weights section that lets you record 1 RMs and breaks them down into percentages for you, and the Search feature under My WODs that lets you search for benchmark WODs or even particular movements that you've done in a WOD before. Also bring able to have an RSS feed from your box that downloads the WODs straight from your box's website is amazing. Love this app!
