Great app! I use it every day! But it really needs an iOS 7 update.
I wasn't very big but I wanted to lose a little extra weight and this app was great! It has most foods available to help you input your calorie intake. and it provides you with helpful tips!

i have tried 3 times now and whenever i put in my excersises (usually dance/ballet 2-4 hours) it says 0 calories, and it used to say about 400... i'm a but disappointed. otherwise great app!

I have tried many diet apps. This one is user friendly, and has so many wonderful features I can't list them all. The nutrition info is very accurate and thorough.
I love this app! I was able to loose 3 pounds in less than a week! Tracking how much you eat, what you eat, and how much u exercise on a daily basis helps you put in to perspective what you are putting in your body and if it will help you reach your optimum weight or if it'll set you further from it. Fine app. Let's you plan meals/menu ahead of time. Holds your recipes' calorie count. BUT, the scanner is pretty clunky. WHEN it works, it's great. It pulls ALL nutritional info for product. But it doesn't work part of time and there's no telling whether it simply can't find a product or if it just doesn't work due to whatever.
Love this app! So far I've lost 10 pounds and I feel so much better, exercising and eating right. For every meal I check my analysis and make the necessary modifications based upon the expertise the app provides. It's like having a personal trainer, but a lot less expensive!
Lots of foods are in the database. Super quick and easy to use. Really helps me stay on track and monitor my calories, exercise. I use the my net running app as well. Great to use together

This is an excellent tool for losing weight. It's extremely easy to use, and easy to keep up with because it's well organized and easy to navigate. All the information you record is displayed in clear, easy to read charts or graphs. This has been the key to my weight loss success. I highly recommend it. The only reason I gave it one less star than 5 is that when you add a custom food or recipe, the serving size applet doesn't have a clear, understandable way to edit serving sizes once added, if you make a mistake or a typo.
What a helpful diet took this app is I have loss over 65lbs in 120 days THANK YOU and while you are watching your daily calories you don't even pay attention to hunger.
Very useful and helpful. It warns you if you eat something with too many carbs or fat or too little fibre. It just needs to update its database with more food selections and international foods

This app is pretty difficult if you cook from scratch. It's really annoying trying to figure out how many calories is in the food I cook. I wish there was an easier way entering every little thing you put in your food. But, that said.. It has really helped me loose the pounds.

After getting laid off from my job I looked at my life and made the decision to get healthy. I was looking for a way to document my food intake and calories burned and this fit the bill. I started dropping calories down to 1800,stopped eating red meat and cut out all white foods. When I started I weighed 596lbs I lost 87lbs in 5 months and I'm still losing every week . I feel better and am proud of myself too. I needed the app and it has helped me so much . That's my story thanks for this app.
This app has everything someone on a diet needs. It allows you to count your calories that have been specified to your weight loss and weight goal. It's very realistic, only allowing you to chose a target date longer than 2 months so you continuously lose weight the right way. It becomes a pain when you have to add everything you ate in one day, but once you search for a food, 90% of the time it's found. If not, you have the option of scanning the barcode of what your eating for all the nutritional facts. If you exercise as well, you can add an exercise each day, and that's specified as well. This app will tell you if you ate too many sat fat, trans fat, or simply let you know if you need to add more fiber into your diet. The analysis is awesome. This has changed my life in the few weeks I had it, def recommend it to everyone. Ally coworkers and family downloaded this and thank me continuously!
I've tried several other calorie-counting apps but this is by far the best. It has a TON of foods to choose from, which makes tracking ridiculously easy. The user interface makes sense and is also easy to use. The scanner is great and works fast. The best part of this app is the daily analysis. It lets me know what areas I did well in and what I need to improve on the next day. Overall I could not ask for more! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to track their eating/activities with something that's informative but easy to use.

I have lost weight using this app. I have lost 7 pounds to be exact! I drink the correct amount of water (was drinking way too much - I was actually bloated!). I've become very aware of what's healthy and what isn't. I have learned that things I thought were good choices weren't, and I wouldn't have ever known that had I not gotten this app! I love it! I do wish that it had recommendations for what to eat to meet daily values though... Otherwise, I LOVE it!!
