This app has really helped me to find the right balance for my agile and busy life.... Helping me to drop 20 lbs and tone ridiculously... I get compliments everyday, and I've shared this with so many friends... Definitely a keeper! Desired improvement include: - cloud share between my phone and iPad - options to increase the intensity of each circuit and each exercise
I love this work out.. I read that you need a pain scale of at least 8 out of 10, I push myself more each time since getting this app. 2 weeks ago, I love it :) I use to do workouts like this with Insanity and Jillian Michael's workouts, they just make it shorter with no warm ups and less rest time. Really works!
I hate taking a long time to work out. It's boring and I lose interest. This work out is fast and I can feel it all over. Plus I can do it more than once a day and it only takes a few minutes. We'll worth a few bucks.

I found the choices of instruction during the workout to be helpful, as I can see the pace of the exercise. I have not seen iCloud syncing working on the iPhone version. The iPad version looks fundamentally like the iPhone version, with the useful feature that it will support portrait mode.
Great workout to add to my running routine... Something that doesn't work the arms... Quick and easy even for the beginner.
