U.S. Army soldiers are in excellent physical condition. The staff of the U.S. Army Physical Fitness School (USAPFS) prepared the Pocket Physical Training Guide to help new recruits get into Army physical condition. The Pocket Physical Training Guide is the basis for Army Pocket Fitness and provides you information you can use to achieve your fitness goal.
This guide was written in recognition that both the quality and quantity of physical activity recommended to the individuals using this guide is consistent with current physical activity recommendations for the general public. The fitness components of cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition are all included. This program specifies the intensity, duration, and frequency of training, and it is the interaction of these three variables that results in improved health and physical fitness.

I had downloaded the Army Pocket Fitness off the Army's website. I had printed it all out and had been hoping one day to have an app to make access to the exercises more easily accessible. Thank you for making this app! It is organized, and very easy to navigate. I love it!
Basically a book, but a useful one. My only complaint is that it will sometimes hang on certain pages; it then takes awhile to become responsive again.
Deleted it because it's outdated. Needs to be revised to current release.
