Get in Army shape with the Army Boot Camp Training app. Soldier physical fitness is acquired through the challenge of a precise, progressive and integrated physical training program. This app is the U.S. Army Training Circular 3-22.20 and prescribes execution of the Army Physical Readiness Training (PRT) system and gives you the tools and information to get in shape.
The Army assesses, plans, prepares and executes training and leader development through training based on tasks, conditions and standards. Knowing the task, assessing the level of proficiency against the standard and developing a sustained or improved training plan is the essence of all Army training.

This app really works!! IT'S AWESOME IT'S NOT A PHONY I use the exercises every day and my muscles improved beyond recognition LITERALLY. THIS APP IS NOT A JOKE DOWNLOAD IT IF YOURE PLANNING ON ENROLLING IN MILITARY SCHOOL OR IF YOU JUST WANT BUILD MUSCLE FAST
This is easier to use and better laid out than TC 3-22.20. This app works great, my only problem is with the name...The Army does not have boot camp..only the marines. The Army calls it "Basic Training"!
