This app is so awesome! It counts your calories and it works offline, which is perfect for me because I have an iPod. Now I can put in what I've eaten at school without needing Internet!
Food search doesn't work very well. Exercise search needs the program to be restarted after each search to get it to search the whole database. Calorie burn rate wrong.---walking is more than power walking? Note function doesn't work. Food database to limited.
This just isn't designed to be as intuitive as I'd like. I had way too many questions about how to do things, etc. The calendar layout didn't do anything for me. Much preferred LoseIt! app and MyFitnessPal.
I like this app. better than others that have the same goal, but it's not crystal clear. It needs something explaining what it's about practically. It added my food and exercises and scored it against I'm not sure what. I can't take it but so seriously or consider the full version til I know. I'm hoping they'll tell me.
It's hard to enter food information. Portion size like how many pieces or cups if it's diffrent from the serving size. Fix that and I might just buy the full version.
I download this and Calorie Counter by FatSecret ( nice name huh?) at the same time to compare. I found this App was much more dynamic in that the user interface is very well designed and has an interesting way of showing your total on its calendar. Both have the same functions, which I'm now guessing all of these do. The issue with this App was I found it quite difficult to find which foods I needed to select to input for each meal. The FatSecret App was a thousand times more user friendly when it came to that and therefor made using and actually counting my daily intake less of an effort. I can't recommend this App because of that issue. It's just too time consuming.
There is no restuarant info in here. There are a lot better apps that do it all, go there!
