10K Forever is an 8 week running program, that incorporates intervals of running, walking, and faster running into your routine.

    Just starting week 2 on the app, but really like the intervals. Would like to see prompts for "run a little faster" to be more specific, such as run (blank) faster than your last fast interval. That's probably more up tot the user though.

    I really love this app and use it most frequently on the treadmill. As an upgrade, I'd love it if you could program your own custom intervals. For instance, to set it for tempo runs or hill repeats. I'm using a training program right now that I think would be complemented by this app if I could adjust the intervals to fit the workouts.
