I like this app but it should honestly be free. It does not give recipes but lays out a no non sense meal plan for differently styles. There is not much to choose from which is why it should be free. You could google and get the exact same results but the app is convenient.

This app has been very helpful in planning meals. I just take my phone to the grocery store incase I forget something and there it it. I have lost 7 pounds in three weeks.

It's just a list of meal plans, and not even all of the ones they advertise. What a waste.
No recipes. Just a few ideas of what to eat if you are counting calories. Very disappointed. Also do not see the 3 day diet.
