The Italian kitchen dates back to about 400 BC. Greek, Arabian, North-African and other cultures have together with evolution in mainland Italy, created a unique culinary heritage more vital today, than ever.
No wonder there are many “Italian restaurants”. We however believe that true Italian cooking has one source and one source only: Italian cuisine created by true Italians. It is a matter of culture, of growing up with the tastes, smells and twists handed over from one generation to the next.
