Hours Keeper is a well designed application that you can use to easily track your hours worked and calculate your earnings.
Hours Keeper allows to record your daily working hours for each client, including your overtime and break time. After earnings been calculated, your can generate PDF invoices to sent to your clients and track all the billings and the payments.

Only good for time. If u want to add in any other costs such as material, forget it.
Great little app, worth the money. Knowing what i know now, i would have paid double the price. Its becoming more valuable to me as the days go by. I can create multiple clients as well as create invoices (Really cool).
Wish you could more easily clock out then back in for exact breaks, but the main function works very very well.

I love the concept and I am actively using this app daily, although I few extra options would be great! In the invoices tab, the invoice thumbnails should have invoice #'s and client name instead of the notes listed for the invoice. An option to print more than one invoice at a time and options to print reports and other screens would be nice as well. The ability to view all info for a specific client would be nice with totals on a screen that could be printed. Possibly a "job" category for when a client is a repeat with several different jobs over time. A way to search just a "job" or a client with a printable screen for a summery instead of having to print several invoices if a job takes a few weeks. Lastly, if there was a way to track "non-billable" hours for a client or job for things like warranty work or "freebies". Thanks so much! Like it a lot....could love it with improvements!

I love it! This app has really made my time keeping a breeze. I couldn't do without this app.. A must have. I have multiple people working a project and I can easily account for their time and in a few key strokes have an invoice for them!! I love this app!
This app is great for tracking hours for billing clients but is missing a few features. The biggest thing missing is a minimum billing amount. Like requiring a minimum payment of a full hour of payment even if only 35 minutes were worked. The rounding up or down is great but it might be useful to have options that round either up or down to the closest increment rather than only up or only down. Lastly it would be great to have buttons to clock out and back in for break rather than manually adding in a break time or having two items listed from stopping the time and starting again.
I almost overlooked this software: I was evaluating several apps based on the iTunes webpage and was searching for the “sync” word sync. This keyword was missing from the app description; I almost passed the app over until I saw the dropbox logo in one of the screenshot. Anyway, I’m happy I found this software as it’s filling my needs very well. One feature request: the ability to amend or continue time logging after checking out. Sometimes you intend to stop working, then don’t for whatever reason. It would be nice to resume or continue with the last time entry. Also, I like the iOS 7 redesign. I saw several old screenshots from old reviews and think the app looks much better now.

This is one of the most useful apps I have ever downloaded; it has an intuitive interface with no superfluous bling, allows me to bill correctly whilst on the move and sync's quickly and easily. All in all it has become my new best friend.

I love the app... It's perfect for calculating my hours but it doesn't calculate my overtime pay correctly... If they fix that then I would give it all five stars!

Downloaded the regular and pro hours keeper. Great concept and love the idea of tracking my time and invoicing my clients. But it will not PDF the invoice. Contacted you several times via email and expressed my frustration but you haven't responded with a solution. You responded that yes it's supposed to PDF. Trust me...it doesn't. Will be requesting a refund.
This app has streamlined my workday and saved me hours in invoicing and tracking client work. I recommend it to any contractor/freelancer out there, plus it's user friendly and intuitive. You can personalize an invoice by adding your logo. I especially love that the notes section now appears on the invoice now. Thank you for that fix!!

This works great for tracking my extended contract as a teacher and coach. The Dropbox feature is great, I can add my hours anywhere.
Love the app, but lost all the data going from light to pro. The light version gives network error on the upgrade link. I can't find a way to transfer any of the data into the pro app. Contacted support two days ago and no reply.
I'm hoping a revision will make this review 5 stars. It is okay for tracking time, but you have to end the time, save it, and then reopen it to put in notes. This is counterproductive. To fix this, when saving, we should be able to make notes then. It would be great if we could easily upload this to a pre-built excel template.
Keeps track of my time at work and for my meetings have come to depend on it everyday.
This app has been an asset in keeping track of my time and creating invoices. Has really increased my ability to keep track of time as it relates to my clients. The recent update allows information included in the note section of time entries to appear on the invoices...Very helpful!! Hopefully the next update will also allow me to include out-of-pocket expenses (materials) on invoices.
Use it every day. Agree lunch or break clock out would be nice. Love that it is easy to add in forgotten punch
Clean and most importantly, functional.
I just upgraded from the lite version and that deleted ALL my data. I like their interface and functionality but it is sad to see that the developers invested so much on the app and zero investment in the upgrade experience.
Without this app I would never be able to keep track of my babysitting clients and house much I charge for each client. I love the invoices and the ability to email them. Don't know that I would do without this app. I would be an disorganized mess.

If you need an app to keep track of hours for one or multiple clients, output CSV files, backup/restore capabilities, PDF invoices, etc. this one does it all! Easy to use.
This app is great except now a client is asking me for additional information on what I was working on during different hours. I have some data recorded in my notes, but there is no way to include it on the generated invoice. Very frustrating.
Use it daily
I am a web designer and I use this app to track and bill all of my work. The only added feature I would like is export options. It would be nice to have a text or csv export instead of just a PDF image.
Nice clean look. Quick and simple. Good export protocol. Does not allow multiple jobs for each client. Does not allow multiple phases per job and so I cannot use it.
I started using this app a few months ago to track the time I was working at different clients. It is straightforward and is what I rely on to do my invoicing. Many thanks to the developer!
