NB. PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE UNLESS YOU ARE RUNNING JIRA 3.7 or above!

Simply enter your details in the Settings view and click on the "Synchronize JIRA Mate" button.

Due to JIRA URL changes JIRA Mate 2.0 will only work with JIRA instances which are 3.7 and above. This is a decision I have made to not have any dead code lying around in the future and when JIRA 4.0 comes out.

You can now
- Save your own Favorite filters ie if you have 100's only display a few in JIRA Mate
- Browse filters and projects
- search for issues
- No more waiting for 500 issues to appear. Pagination has now been implemented.
- Settings are configurable in the application (future apps will allow multiple JIRA instances)

Edit issues will have to be postponed to 2.1. I have the UI work in place ready to go just working out the backend details. Hope you enjoy the update to JIRA Mate.

2.1 will bring edit and hopeful workflows to JIRA Mate.

Updated application name from JIRA Buddy to now be JIRA Mate. The guys over at jirabuddy.com asked me nicely if I could change it so I have.

- JIRA Buddy will now allow you to add comments to any JIRA issue.
- You can now retrieve comments for a given issue either automatically or manually (JIRA Buddy settings)
- Basic HTTP authentication challenge support has been added. This will use your JIRA username and password specified in the settings.

Updated:
- Clear saved filter list text to be more user friendly
- New menu to allow you to open the current JIRA Issue in safari

Fixed:
- Selecting some filters would cause JIRA Buddy to crash when retrieving the issue list.
