Other Notes:
Limitations imposed by Basecamp®'s API may cause undesirable results while utilizing Groundwork. Contact information may not always be available if your account is not under the "Primary Company" in your Basecamp® account (In other words, if your account is a client account). These problems manifest themselves in the form of not being able to identify who wrote a particular comment or the inability to see people in the "Contacts Panel". For most people, this isn't a deal breaker; however, we are working with 37signals to resolve this. If you ARE a user under the primary company, then you have nothing to worry about, Groundwork will work perfectly for you.
