Astro Slalom version 1.1 has been updated with landscape and free flight modes. Both of these options are accessed in the configuration screen, and landscape mode is now the default configuration. Cockpit and chase views are available in landscape mode, with some minor difference from the portrait orientation versions. Several additional screens were updated to support landscape mode, including the scoring, bonus, and high score screens. In free flight mode, your shield maintains full strength and you will never run out of fuel. Scores in free flight mode are saved when exiting the game from the in-game pause menu. Bonus points are still awarded after each completed level, however no bonus points are awarded for remaining fuel or shields when in free flight mode.
